It's going to take sometime to the station.
"It will take some time to get there," Fluttershy admitted. "The station is approximately 400 light-years away and though we are traveling many times light-speed it will take about 14 hours to reach that system. So, you will get half the day with us at least."

"Holy shit," you muttered. Your mind boggled as you tried to comprehend the speed at which you were moving. You are not exactly an astronomer, but conventional knowledge tells you that at the current rate of human technology, it would take at least 75,000 years to reach the solar system's closest neighbor, and that's only a few light-years away. If what Fluttershy was telling you was true, then they could possibly reach Alpha Centauri within an hour.

Fluttershy thankfully wasn't offended by your vulgarity and gave you a knowing smile. "Yes, it's really quite something. We've observed that you humans have only ever sent manned missions as far as your moon, so this really must be quite the experience for you." That air with which she said that was as if she were discussing the weather, and not traveling across the vast gulf of space in the time it takes to overnight a roast in the oven!

Had you not already been lying in bed you might've felt the urge to sit down.
While you chewed on that, Fluttershy moved along your side and fiddled with a monitor connected to the bed. “I will now begin the examination. Please lie still and try to relax.”

You did as she asked and let out a slow breath as you tried to get comfortable. As you laid there your eyes were drawn to something happening above you. An ovoid metal object descended from the ceiling until it came to just a couple of feet overhead and stopped. It appeared to be floating in midair, free of any armature to attach to.

Fluttershy touched a button on the touchpad and a low buzzing sound filled the air.
Your teeth chattered for a brief moment, the entire room was lit up with a blinding light, and then it was over as soon as it began.
It’s job done, the oval object lifted back up to its former position and retracted into the ceiling.
“What… what did you do?” you asked carefully.
Fluttershy held back a giggle behind her wing. “I examined you, silly. I scanned every part of you and made a complete map of your anatomy.”
True to her word, a 3-dimensional holographic model of your body flickered into existence where the scanning doohickey– er, apparatus–had been.
You stared in wonderment at the 3d model as Fluttershy continued to speak. "I found several worrying defects in your genetics that could prove detrimental to your quality of life, and as a courtesy corrected them. You're as healthy as can be...”
