You opted to look on the web, you really don't felt like going outside or watching TV. So you went on your way to the hall and toward your computer there, you had a laptop but that's company's, one you might have to return it back sometime later as you're effectively out of job; You couldn't help but groan on that, simply remembering it that conversation gave you an sour the on you mouth, fired by things out of you control and worst part, isn't even your fault!
Booting up the computer and as soon the loading was done, the first thing you did was to check up the emails, and doing so, you were greeted by an very big bold letter words of "NOTICE: You're Fired" from the company itself in the summary. You held another groan coming on your throat, you were second away to delete the message and write complain and threaten them with legal charge and to expose all to the press, even with an union given the abysmal treatment you and many others were subjected to but instead you open up and view through it content and... there wasn't much, honestly.
They didn't even disguised the words, it wasn't even an pretty up message wih images and color unlike the day they hired you; it was both direct and quick letters-only one coming from your boss; "You're fired, don't bother to return. P S.: Keep the Laptop."
... At least that's the only good news, if only for the convenienc, it wasn't even that good machine if rather bit above average.
With that out of the way, you began to surf the Web, looking for videos and other ways to amuse yourself, trying to distract you from the sour mood you have right, to the paint you didn't noticed the screen edges having a weird pinkish statics.
It didn't took you long until you recieved an mail again.
It looked like a spam mail at the first glance, one that come to the main folder rather than the spam one, even the bold summary looked like straight out of one of these scams telling you that you had won something.. until you read the one that sent it you was from an unknown address but one of your registered fansites. It was rather surprising too, you didn't tell anybody that you were a brony, and sort kind of still but you liked the show despite all, subsequent seasons got more and more rough but still ended in a good note, during the shows' run, you were registered onto few fansites.
But this was surprising, you were winner of one in some kind of contest...?
You didn't remembered entering into any contest... or you did?
You clicked it and saw the content of it, it was all official looking and had your address and username... and your actual name?

You don't gave such important information unless necessary... or was required you signed in? Honestly, you couldn't remember at all, this one of the most ancient fansites of the fandom, it existed before season 2 was airing but it's been long while since you gave that site any attention. G4 was over, so why bother? G5 was on the horizon but you couldn't help that it wont be the same, even if its treated as a sequel rather than an reboot..
Anyway, back to mail; You began reading it's contents on detail to see what's going on.
Well.. this is intriguing... does this mean that a proper sequel to G4 is underway? An right reboot of the series with the original designs leaked? It could be anything but what makes you more interested is the whole gist involving you and apparently few others, this is less of a contest and more like an election thing but you didn't remember partaking it. Could it be that they're looking for Voice Actors and looking to the fans for this new project? You were honestly quite giddy but also wary.
As the letter contains your direction, address, phone and every bit of personal data in it which was very concerning. There was a further notice down the note, you read it
