Conduct Policy

Through your use of our services, you may not:

• Engage in behavior that is harmful, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, intimidating, violent or encouraging of violence to people or animals, harassing, stalking, invasive of another’s privacy, derogatory based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation or similar, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable behavior.
• Impersonate any person or entity, such as a Collaberotica representative or volunteer, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Violate any law or encourage or provide instructions to another to do so
• Take any action that infringes or violates other people’s rights, violates the law, or breaches any contract or legal duty you have toward anyone.
• Distribute software viruses, or anything else (code, programs, etc) designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment, whether belonging to Collaberotica or another user.
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or on our third-party providers, as determined by us or by our third-party providers.
• Damage or get unauthorized access to any system, data, password, account, or other information, that is not owned by you, or which is not public, or which you do not have express permission for.
• Use or copy parts of the Site, Content or Services in a way that competes with or displaces the market for Collaberotica, the Site, or the Services.

Forbidden Content

You may not submit content to Collaberotica that contains:

• Spam
• Personally identifiable information (PII) of other people
• Gratuitous violence
• Characters less than 18 years of age in an erotic context
• Plagiarism
• Hate or bigotry
• Content violating the Conduct Policy
