The mares looked at each other, seemly uncertain about how to respond to your request. You noticed their awkwardness, which made you falter. "That's a no..?" You asked, a bit disappointed until Fluttershy answered.
"Oh no! We're not opposed to giving you a tour is just..." Fluttershy paused, only for Rarity to take off where she left off.
"Our... bioships... aren't exactly what you expect, Darling." Rarity looks reluctant to say more. "The nature and methods of our spaceflight it's way different from what you might believe."
"Why? I mean, I understand that fiction often portrays bioships and biotechnology differently but what's wrong with seeing a real one, or is this a security thing?"
"Oh no, Sugarcube... eh.. are ye familiar with the term of Fantastic Voyage?" Applejack asked, making you raise an eyebrow but nodded slowly to her; yes, you were familiar with the term, its related to a movie of the 60s whose story was about a group of shrunk scientists going inside someone's body using a small submarine, the term would be later popularized for future references and even linked to tropes all linked about going inside someones' body.
"What you all are trying to imply? That we're inside of an actual, giant being?" You asked somewhat skeptically, but much to your surprise, Twilight nodded.
"Yes, we're inside of an actual giant being. When I said we're in the womb, I meant it literally; we're indeed in the womb."
You blinked and looked at the location again, not on the platform you were on but on what lies beyond the makeshift room. Aside from the containers, and all other visible platforms, most of the organ was pretty much empty though you could notice two immense pathways that go even further. You could also see a gigantic sphincter in the opposite direction from the cavernous tunnels, but it was tightly closed in comparison.
Now that you looked at it a bit better. Yeah, it was like seeing the insides of a womb.
"So your kind managed to make actual giant, space-capable creatures that can also reproduce?"
"No, rather we grow them- Look, to make the explanation short, we never really developed traditional starships when we tried to get to space, we instead learned that we could survive in the vacuum and thus research led the use size spells and extensive use of biomancy and-
"The bioships are us, sugarcube." Applejack interrupted Twilight rather calmy, said Alicorn gave a scandalized look to the orange apple mare, who shrugged. "Ye're inside of a giant mare with fancy space armor."

"What? Ah just simplifying it!" The alicorn only groaned and facehoofed to that. You, however, merely looked at them in disbelief again, Just as you were acclimating to the idea of being "abducted" by Equestrians which are aliens using bioships (which in itself was crazy to even think about) but their ships being giant members of their species?

"So... we're inside a giant mare's womb... floating in space, somehow alive and well in the vacuum space and wearing sci-fi armor."

"It is someone that was shown before?" talking about the show, you did wanted to ask about it and their involvement in it, you guessed that since they were indeed real, maybe the rest are as well?
"Somepony." Twilight corrected. "But yeah, I suppose we can reveal who you're inside of." Twilight paused, and then...
