"... teleport you into one of our vessels.."? What?
What exactly do they mean by "vessels" and teleport?
By this point, you were thinking that this was joke mail but the fact that it used your real name and address was worrying, you were having the impression that the site was likely hacked and used the official channels to troll but seems like a very poor form of trolling, like too out there, only the craziest would believe they would be beam out like Star Tre-
BANG!
"What the?!" You yelped, startled hearing the sudden boom from behind you, pieces of the lightbulb fell near you like it was the source of the explosion; luckily, you weren't near of that and none of the sharp debris fell on you, but it wasn't the only thing that was off - a blackout likely due to the energy overload or spike that just happened. "Great..." You grumbled seeing that you were in nothing but pure darkness, you grabbed your phone from your pocket to have active the flashlight and...
..It was off too...
"Uh? But it was fully charged.." You tried to turn it but nothing, it didn't budget, by this point you were starting to get a bit freaking out which went into overdrive as soon you felt weightless - literally, you saw your stuff also ignore the laws of physics and start orbiting rapidly around you "WHAT THE FUC-!" And in a flash, you were gone, all the stuff suddenly went inert and fell and light slowly began to come back on.

"-K IS GOING On-Uh?!" Your shriek was cut short as soon you observed that you weren't anymore in your house everything surrounding you see was pitch black except for the hospital-looking bed you were now in, everything outside of this spot of light shining from above was pure, utter darkness.
"W-what's going on?!" You stutter "Where am I? How... How I did get here?!" You demanded as you got off the bed, trying and failing to hide your fear in a mask of anger and confidence but nothing answered to you
Except for some faint murmurs and giggling.
"This isn't funny!" You don't know what just happen, were you... teleported? Is this the vessel the message was talking about? Were you abducted by actual aliens?! You had several questions and with every one that passes through your mind, came ten more were added into that growing pile but you were still in disbelief that you were about to be part of the first contact scenario of the third kind that started with an brony fansite mail!
"But it is!" You heard an answer from whoever brought you here coming right in front of you, startling you out of your funk. Coming into the light was a very familiar equine-like quadruped being - pink in everything - especially on the puffy mane and tail being on the case of hot pink. It gave you bright smile before falling on its back, laughing so hard that snorted. "You looked so funny! You were 'like what's going!?' and we.. we... Hahahaha."
She says in between laughter, the more you looked at her, the more of her seemed familiar, even the voice.
"Pinkie Pie...?" The mare stopped and looked at you with a bright smile once you uttered the words in pure disbelief, indignation turned into confusion under this revelation. As she goes up again, more of her kind come into the light; familiar faces that you once thought to be fictional; Rarity, Applejack, Twilight, and so on "No way..."
"Yes way!" Rainbow Dash says with a grin, making the other two ponies flanking her - Applejack and Rarity - roll their eyes.
"This can't be real..." Were you on drugs? Did the A/C began releasing some kind of hallucinogens making you dream the whole thing? More questions started to flood your mind, developing a rational explanation for this scenario or that's until you felt a sharp pain on your left arm "Ow!"
"Sorry, but I couldn't resist." Pinkie apologized for having pinched your arm... somehow.
"Pinkie! don't injure the human!" Twilight stated somewhat annoyed before turning to you "I apologize for her... she gets a bit enthusiastic when we get guests " You didn't answer, simply nodded slowly, and she gave you a somewhat strained smile as result "Alright..." She began slowly "Not the kind of first contact you expected, uh? but be assured, that all of this is real and you're our lucky winner!" With that, her horn shone as more light began to flood the place, revealing more of this room as it turns out to be...
