That was when you heard it: a soft, squishy noise came from behind, quiet at first, then slowly increasing in volume.
Gluck.
Gluck.
Gluck.
The tongue rolled beneath you, knocking you off your feet, and began rising into a backward incline. The floor was so slippery that it held no purchase even as you scrabbled and scratched to stay in place.
With no way to stop yourself, you slid inexorably backward along the frictionless floor.
'No, no, no!' You thought in a panic as you began to fall back, closer and closer to the cavernous throat. You began to yell, to tell her that you were still here and not some food, but it seems that she doesn't hear you or willfully chose to ignore you. You managed to hold on to the tongue's surface for just a little bit longer though it soon became a futile endeavor as you were slipping rapidly, coming closer to the living abyss.
You soon totally lost hold of it and fell screaming into the back of her throat, which was now wide open and ready to accept you. An unholy groaning sound from below assaulted your ears, forcing you to cover them even as you fell. The folds of her throat muscles quickly closed around you and pulled you down, down to her esophagus.
Gulp!
With a loud gulp, you were swallowed like a delicious treat to the giantess, going down her gullet as the esophageal muscles pull you down. As you descended, you began to hear the booming loud sounds of her heartbeats as you fell even further. This was it. Despite having promised that nothing would happen to you, she swallowed you all the same.
You imagined yourself passing between her breasts and into her thick shapely barrel of a body, descending deeper until there was no sign of you from the outside. Your scrawny minuscule body would provide barely any sustenance for the equine giantess and only a tiny bit of energy. You would quickly become lost in the slurry of other food she's eaten today, just another part to be added to her beautiful round body.
This is not exactly what you want to go down, but at least, you gonna be part of a truly beautiful giantess. Will you be remembered back home? You knew the risk when you passed through that portal, and you knew that you were likely about to die. You looked down and saw the sphincter of the stomach open up, leading up to an ocean of green complete with pieces of food as islands.
You passed through it and fell into her stomach.
"Oof!"
Air whooshed out of your lungs as you fell straight down and collided with something soft and not at all acidic. When you opened your eyes you realized that you were lying on something soft, fluffy, and slightly damp. You pushed your body upward with your arms and realized that your hands slightly sank into it. Could you have landed on something that Mrs. Cake had eaten earlier today?
You pulled yourself up into a sitting position and gazed at the scene around you in wonder.
Somehow, you had avoided an agonizing death by digestion and landed on a gigantic piece of cake just floating around in Mrs. Cake's stomach.
Well... that was convenient and sighed in relief but frowned upon noticing that you only have several more minutes at best before this piece of cake gets digested and you become food it was a good adventure while it lasted, though. You wonder what will happen from now on, will you survive or become part of her? You played with the fantasy that you might likely be reborn, reformed from her but realized that it was a tad unrealistic to think of.
