With a look of disdain, the blue mare watched the two stallions wrestle like children, bickering to a point where they were rolling around on the ground, but her ear flicked at the sound of a gas-fueled roar some distance away, and craned her neck against the rich fat of her neck towards a set of backlights past their brigade, shrinking into the night.

"Hey...Hey, they're getting away!"

"WHAT?!" With all his might, Caramel heaved Big Macintosh off from on top of him, struggling to stand back up under the weight of his body. But by the time he'd wobbled back to his hooves, it was already far too late, as the humans were long free of their makeshift prison. "DANG IT!!!" He seethed, kicking a nearby car with enough force to dent its body.

Big Macintosh was silent, watching the escaping humans with a look of determination clenched in his eyes. Waddling up to one of the pickup trucks they'd laid out on the road, he grabbed the roof by the arch of the windows and, with a frightening lack of difficulty, tore it clean off from the body, along with both seats, which one by one he tossed over his shoulder like they were nothing.

Tilting the front up, he rolled aboard so that his gut's volume completely flooded the entire space of the vehicle's trunk, weighing it down an extra foot. With his ears pressed against the ceiling, he wormed his hand past his flabby pecs and reached till his fingers clasped around the break pedal, the other one grabbing a set of keys on his overall's backpocket and thrusting it into the ignition.

The other two ponied watched curiously as the car roared to life, the red stallion's hulking legs still hanging through the rear as he sped off.

"What the hay is he doing?!" Caramel said.

"I dunno, but it's working! Come on!"

"Okay, I think it's safe to say things are getting out of hand!" Horace noted worriedly. Dean Martin was playing from the CD since they'd switched on the power, but the after shock of what they'd endured pushed the music far into the back of their minds.

"What the hell are we supposed to do now?!" Ian dreaded.

"The way I see it, anybody know the way to Stop N' Burger HQ?"

"Dude, this is serious! We gotta-"

"Ian, Horace is right!!" Alissa snapped. "It's as good a lead as we can get right now, or for everybody in general! It's a pretty damn big gamble, but...oh no."

Alissa was looking at the rearview mirror, fear slowly dripping into her eyes.

"Alissa? What's happening?"

"We're not out of it yet...look behind us."

Ian and Horace peered through the back window. The night kept everything black, save for the yellow stripes of the road zooming away beneath them, glowing under their tail lights.

That, and three pairs of headlights driving their way.
