Jack is awaken when Cali takes the towel off his enclosure letting the light in and gives it a shake.  Jack looks up and she is already dressed.  "Time for breakfast" she says cheerily and she picks up the handle and carries the case downstairs to the kitchen and sets him on the table.  He sees her mom making lunch at the kitchen counter and he tries yelling to her but she with can't hear him or ignores him.

Cali gets herself a bowl of cereal and sits down by Jack.  She scoops up a couple cheerios and some milk in a medicine cup.  She then opens the lid of the case and lowers the cup in for Jack to have something to eat.  "What do you have there?" her mom asks.    "It's my new pet."  He mom continued without looking over "What did you get this time?" she asked.  Cali looked down at him as she said with a giggle, "He's very special.  He's a naked mouse man."  

Her mom is totally oblivious to her joke and keeps getting ready.  "Well make sure he doesn't get out." she tells Cali, "We don't want a repeat of what happened last time with the maid.  That was a bloody mess."  Jack hears this and thinks what the hell happened to her last pet.  Maybe he doesn't want to know.  Cali responds "Don't worry.  I'll take good care of him and I won't let him get out."    Her mom leaves the kitchen saying "I know you are off from school today but I need to go into the office so have a good day and stay out of trouble." 

Her mom leaves the house and Cali's attention turns to Jack.  "Hear that Squeaker.  I have the day off.  No school until Monday.  Anna will be by soon and she will freak when she sees you."   She lifts Jack out of his case and sets him down on the table.   "We do have time till she gets here.  Maybe we can have some fun."  

Jack watches as she goes over to the refrigerator and takes out a can.   She drops Jack into her now empty cereal bowl and asks "Do you like whipped cream" but before he can answer she pushes on the can's nozzle sending a floor of whipped cream cascading over Jack's head and  burying him in the stuff. 

Jack fights his way out of the hill of whipped cream but the bowl is slippery and he falls backwards back into it and Cali let's out a laugh at her ridiculous her pet looked covered head to toe in whipped cream.   "Let's try something else." she said as she lifted the bowl with Jack in it and took it to the sink.  She put the dirty dish in the sink and rinsed it off taking Jack out first and rinsing him off.  She dried him in a paper towel as she took something else out of the closet and returned to the table.  

Cali laid the paper towel down with Jack on top it trying to get his bearings.  Jack went to stand up but Cali pushed him down on his back and squirted a substance from a bottle coating him again.  He immediately realized it was honey.  He tried to get up but was stuck to the paper towel.  As she continued to squirt it out, he found it was much stickier than getting some on on your fingertips and he couldn't move his legs.    

Cali laughed at his attempts and said "My mom is worried about you getting loose.  I don't think you will be a problem at all.  Just squirt some honey on you."  She peeled him off the paper towel and held him in her palm.  "You're going to be a good boy, right Squeaker?  You're aren't going to try and run away like my mousey did?"  Jack just answered "Yes Mistress, I'll be good." knowing what she could do to him if she got mad.    "Mistress , what happened to your mouse?" he asked hoping she won't mind the question.  "That was years ago when I was twelve.  He got out of his cage and my room." she said with a bit of sadness, "and our maid, Camilla thought he was a mouse that got in from from outside and smashed him with her broom until he was dead.  My mom blamed me for letting him get out but that won't happen with you."

Cali looked at his covered in honey in her palm and said "You look like a sweet treat" as she lifted him to her mouth and licked the honey on him.  "You taste good too." she said as she submerged his head in her mouth sucking on him like a lollipop." until her phone buzzed.  She looked at it and said "Oh, Anna is on her way.  We need to clean you up and get ready.  She carried him to the sink and rinsed him in soap and hot water to remove any traces of the honey. 

"There are nice and clean for our visitor." as she placed him back in the enclosure and closing the lid.  She looked in at hm and said "You are such a good pet, I'll get you something to sleep on for tonight." as she cleaned up the kitchen and then went in the next room leaving Jack alone in the case thinking any minute Anna will be here.  "What are the odds she doesn't recognize me." he thinks as he lies on the hard plastic floor.
