Testing time!
It was your favorite phase when Inventing new stuff; because as soon it no longer explodes on your arms or face, it means that it is legible for use! Testing also reveals a lot of your craftsmanship and genius as well how many features you did cram into your inventions, you didn't bother with prototypes, why? Because if you wanna make something, you rather not waste resources and time on proof concepts or prototypes that you late gotta dismantle then rearm again. No, thank you.
Many would see this as a very careless and unsafe practice that only mad scientists would do, which they're right at one thing! You are a mad scientist but one with a vision! ... sort.
Well, you did have a vision; to prove that there aren't boundaries for science, that with enough time and research, one can reach the same level as a god. Those that knew your little genius secret and heard that side of you once call you mad and they're right, again, you were mad but not that mad either, you weren't amoral or evil person wanting for world domination (at least, not yet, could be fun, though.) just selfish but once you have this and many more significant inventions and discoveries, you'll prove the world that it isn't needed to be that constricted by ethics and budget to go beyond what the so-called law of physics and relativity says.
