She's the youngest of the three daughters of the head of the Norse Gods in that series. She's the Norn of the future and skilled in Technology, though her skill in magic is a little lacking because of her focus on machines.
She's also a tsundere with a sweet tooth towards ice cream of any kind and a preference for throwing bombs at anything that annoys her.
She's also far older than she looks, but is incredibly immature.
You said, "Hello, Skuld. Could I have my book back?"
Skuld's frown turned into a prideful smirk. She waved the book at you, saying, "Why? Like I said, little boys like shouldn't be playing with magic books without permission. I am a goddess. If you want to cast magic, then you need either me or Big Sis as your supervisor."
Big Sis refers to Belldandy, Norn of the Present and the middle child. She's also very nice, but can be quite bossy and terrifying if crossed. Skuld worshipped her.
The oldest of the three Norns was Urd. She's a total sexpot who likes to brew potions.
"I have training, all thanks to my grandma," you replied. How you wanted to grab the book, but you didn't want to be hit with bombs.
"Do you have proof? Like a license or something? Anime Island and Cartoon Land requires licenses for magic," Skuld asked. If only Belldandy was nearby. You could ask her. Her goddess license grants her more power, but she's unable to lie.
You had no idea if Skuld was lying or not. "No, I had no idea that I needed one here. I'm from another dimension."
Skuld put your magic book in her bag of Holding, A.K.A., down her shirt.
You could grab it, but you risked setting off any traps she might have.
Skuld grabbed your hand and said, "Come with me. We can talk out a deal."
And so you followed her to what you guessed what was her and her sisters' room on the boat.
