Sure you could go outside and look after more candidates but it'll be far and you won't control where they're going, perhaps going to far to no longer know where were Cream's home and it'll be a lot for Cream to come for you which bright up one single choice available.

It make sense and the most logical too, this was her home, Cream won't look so far to see you and it's a good place to set up a base inside of her body. The only way that she won't be available is when she'll be away to buy the groceries but she'll return.

"Uh? My Mom?" Her head till her head slightly, mostly out of confusion.
"Think on this, it's perfect as she lives here. We don't have to get out of the home and look for someone if she is here. We're too small for her too discover us" She then added something.
"Oh, I get it! She also big! Plenty of living space inside, no?" It was your turn to blink on the sudden comment, she looked you quite innocently yet smiling warmly "It's fine, I understand it make me visiting you easier." Oh.. well, she wasn't angry, that's good but also quite wierd, this wasn't quite the reaction you were expecting from Cream .. then again, you also didn't understand her fascination "I know where she is in those hours."

"Well... if you insist, where is your mom?"
