Luna's voice shook the awful dream like a roll of thunder, and in an instant the accusing mares melted into a puddle of shadow. The human kneeled on the ground, shellshocked with his eyes screwed up right. A pained whimper escaped his throat as he waited for a punishment for his imagined crimes.
Luna had seen many cases like this before among foals, but to see a man brought so low like ripped into her heart.
What kind of abuse did this poor stallion have to endure to think this way?
She knew for a fact that any one of those mares would be not only willing, bit eager to bear his children.
Clearly something needed to be done to comfort him, lest his mind become damaged by trauma.
