"Greetings Anon!" It was Mayor Mare, You were mildly surprised to see her coming. "I wanted to check on you, seeing that you weren't out of that tiny hut for almost a week." She turned concerned. "Are you alright?"
"Yes, I was doing some... redecorating, for the lack of better word."
"Redecorating?" The Mare stated confused until you moved off the way, letting a view inside "How can you focus on so much time redecorating on something so small- By Celestia's Teats!" She almost shouted, her voice echos through the giant central hall as she wandered inside, looking at awe through.
"Like it? I held myself on the size. I wanted bigger but I thought it's going to be a hassle clean up... Mayor, you alright?" You looked at the flabbergasted pony and chuckled
"Like it?! This is bigger than Rich Manor! And they have the biggest Manor in the entire town!" She then runs back to inspect the building, seems to not changed then entered back only to see the completely spacious area from the inside, complete with stairs and to the second floor and huge windows with costly curtains.

"Magic." You held from snorting like Mr. Bean, her head snapped on your way, gaping.
"Magic? you did this with magic?" She looked at you in disbelief "Not even Unicorn Builders can go through such lengths with this and you spent a week to make a mansion out of a tiny house." You shrug
"Yeah, I mean, a Tiny home is nice but I like to outshine myself." You say "Wanna take an tour?
