You have a...romantic proposal in mind and heart
"Hey, Lola, I have something to ask.", you say, looking directly at her eyes.
"¿Qué cosa, Dennis?"("What thing, Dennis?"), she answers, smiling.
You blush, and in your mind, all sorts of images of what could be her reaction to what you what to say: will she be surprised? Glad? Amused? This and more pop up, and something within you tries to tell you better not. But, in the end, you persist. You want to ask her a very important question, and you really want to hear her answer. At the very least, you will take out this heavy feeling in your chest you currently have.
"What...would you think...if we were...in a relation...you and I?", you ask, very nervous. You struggle to say the words.
But the words emerge, and the woman, at first, does not appear to react. Then, she says, very calmly:
"¿Me estás proponiendo a mí, jovencito? ¿Te gusto tanto?"("Are you proposing to me, young man? Do you like me that much?")
"Yes...I do...you're beautiful, and kind...there is no better combination of traits a woman...such as yourself...could have.", I answer, still nervous. She has neither approve, nor reject your proposal. Which only increases your nerves, and expectations.
Then, her smile, just by a tiny bit, diminishes, and she says, with the same calm tone:
"Lo siento, pero no puedo aceptar tu bella propuesta. Nos conocemos desde hace muy poco, y puede que terminemos encontrando posibles problemas si entramos en una relación. Ni hablar de la posibilidad de ti de volver a la normalidad, y regresar a tú país."("I'm sorry, but I cannot accept your beautiful proposal. We have known each other for a very short time, and we may end up encountering possible problems if we enter into a relationship. Not to mention the possibility of you returning to normal, and returning to your country.")
Her words, as true as they might be, still hit you. You look down, saddened by her rejection. At the very least, it ended in a polite, gentle way. Just like her.
However, Lola does not stop at this. She grabs you again, and gently gives you a kiss. This one is longer, lasting for several seconds. For the duration of it, her warmth helps you gain clearance. She then lifts you back to her breasts. She then say:
"Aun así, por favor, no sientas que me lo propusiste por nada. Si pasamos más tiempo y nos conocemos mejor, ciertamente consideraré aceptar tu propuesta más seriamente. If we spend more time and get to know each other better, I will certainly consider accepting your proposal more seriously. Especially, if despite all our efforts we are unable to find a cure for your condition, and you have to live with me from then on".)
She then grabs her boobs, and gently presses you. Only your head remains free. She continues to speak saying, while blushing again:

The real meaning and weight of her words is very clear to you. It gives you both hope and joy to think that she has not reject you outright, but rather desires to wait until she can be certain of the success of the potential relation. A wise course of action for this situation.
You smile, while dropping a few tears. You wipe those off, before Lola is capable to react to them. You say:
"Yeah...you're right. Thanks...for considering my proposal."
Lola blushes a bit more, after seeing you once again happy. She kisses you again, this time moving her head closer, while closing her eyes.

Eres libre de ir a donde consideres mejor, o donde crees que estarías más a gusto."("I'm glad to see you happy again. Now, do you want to sleep now? If so, you can choose where. You are free to go where you think best, or where you think you would be most comfortable.").
You nod, and start to think. Very soon, several options pop up in your mind. Is up to you which one you ultimate prefer.
