It's her bathroom...where she has a special plan
After she walks in, you notice that this is clearly the bathroom of the house: there is a washbasin, a toilet, and a shower with a bathtub. It's all designed to fit in a small place, using as best as possible the limited area. If you both were in normal size, this place most likely would be cramped, but...only she counts for that.

However, Lola already knew this, and while smiling a little (and a tiny bit of blushing), she says:

She then stands up with you on her hand, and leaves the bathroom into her bedroom, covered in the towel. There, she changes her clothes, while helping you find new ones. However, due to the size you have, none would fit of course.

She then leaves you on top of her gigantic bed (from your perspective), and grabs one of her clothes. She then stands up in front of you, while saying:
"Quédate ahí, voy a remendar un pedazo con la máquina, del cual voy a coser ropas nuevas para ti. Pero si te dan ganas de explorar... no salgas de esta pieza, y ten cuidado. No quisiera provocar un accidente."("Stay there, I'm going to mend a piece with the machine, from which I'm going to sew new clothes for you. But if you want to explore ... don't leave this piece, and be careful. I don't want to cause an accident. ")
