Showering with Lucy and later making other things
As you think through all the alternatives, one stands out from the others: to shower together with Lucy. In one hand, is most likely going to become the fastest for the two of you (since she also want to shower) but perhaps the easiest to manage, since she could put her attention more easily. On the other hand...you both are going to be naked, together...
Despite this, you decide that this is the option you want to do, so while blushing heavily you touch her big finger.
Lucy notices both you touching her finger, and your redder, tiny face. She has no doubts about what option you decided in the end. Blushing as well, she says:

With extreme care, she starts the shower, and while is running, she looks at you, and says:

In simple words, she is telling you she might be a bit rough with her movements. Okay, as long as it’s not painful...you can deal with her not being gentle, especially now. You nod at her, and she smiles, thankful of your support and thrust.
With no other noise other that the running water, you both clean yourselves, she as normal, you with the dispensed shampoo and soap she delivers you as best as possible. When she tried first to just drop tiny droplets of the shampoo she had and ended up delivering more that needed, when she delivered the liquid soap next to you she instead just fill a bit of her hand, and allowed you to "cream" and clean your body in a far more controlled manner.
All the while, you both stared at each other's naked forms. You have no idea what she think of your physical appearance, but you had a clear idea of how she looked; if her breast and ass clearly looked big while she had clothes on, now without them they look...gigantic and...Majestic. If purely physical appearance mattered in attracting people, Lucy would have the eyes off all boys on her, all the time.

Not only that, the piece was big enough for you to lay on top of it, and have some space left to serve as your "pillow". You thanked Lucy as best you could, and she smiled, feeling pride in being able to make this small, yet comfy and useful bed for you. Tonight, you would have little to no problem sleeping.
Finally, after getting clean, new clothes, and a place to sleep, all of your more urgent necessities were fill, and both of you spent the rest of the remaining afternoon, and the first hours of the night just hanging out watching TV.
After the dinner, which María prepared expertly, you both went to the bedroom, and while leaving you on top of the table near your bed, Lucy went to her wardrobe. You then noticed her for a while looking through it, before sitting on her bed, and looking at you.
When you look directly at her eyes, Lucy blushes a tiny bit, and with a worried look, she says:
"Dennis, tengo un problema...normalmente...duermo desnuda, así que no tengo pijamas. Well...that might have be an issue to other people, but not to you. First off, you already looked at her naked in the shower, so not as a big of a deal as before. Second, this is her room and house, so as a guest you should try not to bother much the original routine of your host.
You get as close as you can from the border of the table, in hope to get Lucy to have a easier time noticing your gestures. With this in mind, you move your head to your sides, telling her it will not bother you.
When she looks at you, she ask in a weary tone:
"¿Asumo que ese cabeceo a los lados significa que no te molestaría, verdad?"("I assume that sideways nod means you wouldn't be bothered, right?")
When you nod back at her, she smiles, and says:
"Muchas gracias."("Thank you very much.")
You turned around and went back to your bed while she started to strip down. Once you heard her sheets moving, did you turned back, and looked at her massive face. Lucy noticed your actions, and tells you:
"Gracias por darte la vuelta, y esperar que estuviera cubierta. Sé que me viste desnuda, pero aprecio tus modales. Mañana, tenemos que partir a la reunión. Quien sabe, tal vez la jefa de este cartel acepte devolverte a la normalidad."("Thanks for turning around, and hoping I was covered. I know you saw me naked, but I appreciate your manners.
