Draconic Dining Treat
You fell asleep before even realizing, and only woke up when Chiyoko fished you out of her cleavage and restored you to your normal size. She then undid her time-freezing spell and you two walked out of the kitchen, carrying various large plates full of incredibly delicious food, at least going by their scent alone.

"Whoah! That's a real feast!" Your dad said, sincerely surprised when he saw all that delicious meat, he didn't imagine this quirky exchange girl would've treated them this well. Miriam still tried keeping a cool, tough front, but even she couldn't fully deny that the food smelled superb.

"I brought over the finest meat and vegetables from my family's estate" She smiled.

"Estate?" Both Raphael and Miriam quietly muttered in disbelief. They then admired the plates, they had various kinds of steamy, juicy meat that was seemingly grilled to perfection, albeit without actual grill marks, but the searing was beautiful in its own right. Some resembled beef or pork and other meats, more finely sliced, resembled fish, but neither of your parents could fully identify them on sight alone, and they felt it'd be rude to ask.

Once you two set the plates for your parents and some more at the center of the table, she served some food for herself on another plate and gestured at you to take a seat, which you did, in front of your parents while she went to the kitchen. Non-verbally, your mom more or less asked you 'What's up with this girl?' and your only possible answer was an honest shrug, as you truly had no idea what was going on, even though she didn't know reality was far crazier than the story she made up.

"Aaaand... Ta-Dah!" She said as she served you a plate with a somewhat large, thick and very juicing round piece of meat. It looked even tastier than the other food she made, which you hadn't even thought possible.

"Hey, why does he get the best me-ooh... ah..." Your dad was about to complain but he stopped himself rather quickly. You were just as surprised as he was.

"Hey, thank you, Chiyoko" You said as she happily sat next to you, though you noticed she was pretty close to you, to the point you could vaguely feel the warmth she radiated. You weren't sure what to expect, and with what little you knew of her, you were expecting some kind of prank or something to annoy you, but it seemed she had the "perfect guest" act down.

Your dad was the first to cut some of the meat on his plate to try for himself, and as soon as he put it in his mouth, he had a look of absolute happiness, to the point that your mom pouted, thinking he was exaggerating.

"Lady, if you're ever interested in asking for my son in marriage, you can consider this dinner as more than enough dowry for that" He said half-jokingly, but your mom was shocked and stared daggers at him. She wasn't the only shocked one though, as you froze and your eyes widened the most they could while blushing madly at what he said. Chiyoko however merely responded with a cute giggle.

"Hmm... I dunno... I might consider it..." She said, this time more openly teasing your mom, who went from staring daggers at her husband to give her a narrow-eyed, skeptical look. However, she felt a little pressured and tried the meat on her plate herself, and she couldn't believe it. She didn't want to openly admit it anytime soon, but it was sort of unreal that this high school girl beat her own cooking prowess so badly it wasn't even funny.

'Maybe Raphael has a point' She reluctantly admitted in her thoughts
'This wasn't just cooked from fine ingredients, this was cooked with love...' She thought, but she still didn't want to start going easy on her just because of the amazing dinner she treated them to.

"Come on, try your meat too!" Chiyoko said to you while she casually wrapped her left arm around your neck, a gesture your mom wanted to protest, but reluctantly chose not to in gratitude for the amazing food, which both she and her husband found themselves devouring before they knew it.

You nodded and cut a bite-sized piece of the tasty fillet on your plate, though it almost looked like a crime to alter its perfectly round shape. Still, you slowly brought it to your mouth and almost immediately, your eyes widened, the taste was almost indescribable. It was vaguely reminiscent of beef, but the meat itself was unbelievably soft, juicy and tender, and even had a kind of spiciness to it, even though it looked like it was unseasoned. It was simply that good.

"Wow, this is beyond amazing!" You said, Chiyoko smiled and blushed a little, clearly pleased by your reaction.

The rest of the dinner went incredibly smoothly, for Chiyoko at least. Your dad eagerly agreed to let her stay for however long she wished, and told her again that she was welcome to marry you if she so chose, much to your annoyance. Miriam asked her a couple more questions throughout, but Chiyoko answered them all without breaking a sweat, and as far as your mom knew, she was a nice high school student, the daughter of an opulent family from a distant land and a very well educated and cultured woman.

'If only you heard her swearing though' You thought

'Sh-shut up!' She telepathically sent to you, somewhat flustered, though you couldn't quite understand why.

Eventually, dinner was over, and your parents were surprised they actually finished all that food, it felt way lighter in their stomachs than such volume of food should, but at the end of it it filled them up just right. You were pretty satisfied yourself, even though you only had that special fillet Chiyoko served you. As gesture of gratitude, your mom gave Chiyoko some of the burritos she loved so much after hearing that she had no idea what they were.

What was most baffling was that she somehow managed to convince them to let her stay at and sleep in your room, with you obviously. You suspected she used a mind trick, but you couldn't prove it, and the mischievous look she gave you was ambiguous enough.

'Please don't friggin lobotomize my parents for some stupid thing...' You thought and she nodded in response. That was another thing you soon would need to get used to, she seemingly could read your mind at nearly all times.

Your mom ended up admitting, at the very end of dinner that she enjoyed it and that she recognized her cooking was truly amazing. It didn't look like that was a mind trick speaking, and honestly there was no reason for that, the crazy dragon girl really knew how to cook a feast worthy of emperors as she had claimed. However, she suddenly interrupted the conversation.

"Oh! I'm sorry, I forgot something really important?" She said, to which both of your parents and yourself raised an eyebrow.

"And that is...?" You asked, internally worried.

"We haven't sent Principal Abalos the report form she gave me to fill... because your computer was updating or something..." She said.
"I'm not so good with computers, can you help me?" She sweetly asked and you hesitantly nodded.

"Uhh... we'll be right back then..." You said to your parents as she rushedly took you to your room.

"Well? What do you think now?" Raphael asked Miriam with a cheeky smile.

"Okay, the girl is an amazing cook, and she doesn't seem to be the spoiled brat someone of her social status would be..." Miriam sighed.
"But now you're being the drastic one! What was all that about her marrying Blaise?"

"Miriam, did you see the meat she cooked for him?" He asked with a deadpan look.

"Y-Yes... so what?"

"Nobody makes dinner that nice for their hosts, nor their friends, hell, not even for family... That's the kind of thing someone cooks with absolute love" He said, and Miriam couldn't help but stutter and look away in embarrassment.

"But she hardly knows him!" She protested after taking a few moments to regain her composure.

"Well, what can I say, love at first sight is a thing... But you know, you should be cheering for him rather than trying to control his love life" Raphael shrugged.

"Hmph... alright... I'll allow her to stay here too, but I'm still not entirely sold on the idea" Miriam crossed her arms and made a pouty face.

"With the kind of money she has, you can't even argue that she's a gold digger, if anything, we'd be the gold diggers in this situation" He laughed.

"I don't want to marry off my only son to whatever girl just because she's filthy rich though" She added.

"It'll be his choice" Raphael shrugged. "Don't get ahead of yourself and just let whatever is going to happen happen"

Meanwhile in your room...

"Okay, what the hell is it this time?" You asked Chiyoko, as she looked rather fidgety, which hadn't happened so far. You heard her stomach growling, and when you looked at it, it visibly rumbled. Before you asked, she used the time-freezing spell again and conjured a portal, but this one didn't lead to the pocket dimension where she had her stuff stashed... this one looked like a barren wasteland, something akin to the Grand Canyon. Saying no words, she grabbed you by the wrist and dragged you into the portal...
