Of course! Who else on this campus would have a deerstalker hat? Said hat had fallen off as a result of its owner's little tumble though. As Fallon took hold of Aliyah's outstretched hand with one of her own hands, she picked her hat up off the floor with her other one. She stood up with the angel's help and put her hat back on.

"I hope you are well," Aliyah said awkwardly as her engorged belly let out a loud gurgle.

"Just fine, thank you, ma'am," Fallon replied as she continued to take in the sight of the angel in front of her. Such a beautiful woman standing almost a head taller than the British detective, wearing an ensemble she had never seen before except maybe in a movie, and sporting a huge belly that almost made her look pregnant, except for the belly button not being an outie. What was such a woman doing in Blake's dorm of all places?

Actually, there was another thing Fallon remembered. As she was getting up, she felt her wrist press into the side of that big belly and it felt a lot softer than she expected. Also, around that time, Fallon heard a groan coming from it that sounded like a louder version of the kind of groans her own stomach made when it was digesting a large meal.

If the noises Aliyah's belly was making were noticeable to Fallon, they were almost deafening to the mage stuck right at the front of it. That push from the detective's wrist must have set something off because there was suddenly a lot of gurgling and bubbling coming from inside. Trying to block the sounds of digestion out of his mind, Blake focused on the orange-haired girl in front of him who was looking quizzically at his captor. When Fallon fixed her gaze directly on him, he began to get anxious. Would she notice that he was trapped in Aliyah's belly? What would happen if she did? Would she be able to help him get out, or would Aliyah punish her for trying?

"I popped over here to see Blake," Fallon said, her voice tinged with doubt and suspicion as she noticed a strange movement in Aliyah's belly. It kinda looked like a bit of fat next to her belly button was wriggling. Instinctively, she bent down to try to get a closer look. As Fallon's face filled Blake's vision, he realised too late that his nerves were causing him to start fidgeting. It might not have been quite as noticeable earlier, but since Aliyah had digested some more of the food she had eaten, Blake had a bit more room to move again.

"I am afraid Blake is not presently in his room," Aliyah responded nervously, swiftly sliding a hand onto her belly to cover up Blake's squirming. "Perhaps you could return later?" She had some important investigating to do and, while this human didn't seem to be malicious at all, she didn't want to have to spend any more time dealing with her than necessary.

Unfortunately, Aliyah had clearly underestimated how much attention her bloated belly and the mage trapped inside it would draw. Fallon was standing upright once more, but her gaze kept jumping from the angel's face to the angel's belly and back again. Perhaps she might have dismissed this mysterious woman as a weird friend of Blake's who she simply hadn't met before, but her behaviour looked a lot like someone who had something to hide. The bit of belly fat that seemed to move on its own, and the fact that Blake wasn't in his dorm ... if those two things were connected somehow ...

"Alright, what the dickens is going on?" Fallon demanded, spreading her arms and legs out to take up as much of the width of the hallway as she could. She wasn't letting this stranger get away without telling her the truth about Blake's whereabouts. She had to make sure her friend wasn't in any danger.

Seeing the mortal she bumped into suddenly become highly suspicious of her, Aliyah hastily considered what to do about her. The angel could simply ignore her demands and force her to step aside. That would be trivial for someone of her capabilities, but was it right for her to be so callous and rude to someone who may well just be concerned about her friend?

Alternatively, Aliyah could take Fallon to one side and tell her everything. Of course, she would reassure her that Blake was perfectly safe. This would delay her own investigation even further, however, depending on how inquisitive this human was.

A third option would be to bring Fallon with her and explain everything along the way. That way, Aliyah would satisfy the human's curiosity with minimal interruption to her own duties. The only problem was the risk of exposing Fallon to whatever evil was afoot at Aliyah's destination. Getting humans involved in these matters usually complicated things.
