"Excellent, the absorption process is complete."
Blake was surprised at how cold the first words he heard were, and even more surprised that the voice saying them was so harmonic. It was as if the woman saying them was an angel. But why would an angel bind him to her abs like this?
"Who are you? What's going on?" Blake asked in a panic, kicking out in front of him. As he did, the outside world became clearer and his attention was drawn to the mirror in front of him - or rather, the reflection of the person in it. She was a tall, fair-skinned woman with wavy golden hair that flowed down to her shoulders. A white sleeveless top covered her voluptuous chest, although it left her toned midriff completely exposed. Well, toned except for that little lump just to the left of her belly button. Looking further down, Blake saw a white skirt and sandals that made her look like a gladiator of some kind. Whoever this woman was, she was incredibly beautiful. She was also looking down at him and frowning. That couldn't be good.
"Blake Heart," the tall woman said authoritatively, "you attempted to use forbidden magic to summon a being not of this world. For this, I, Sentinel Aliyah, sentence you to confinement in my abdomen." As if on cue, her belly let out a loud gurgle, driving her point home.
"What? No! You can't do this!" Blake yelled incredulously, squirming as he tried to break free from Aliyah's belly.
"As a sentinel, I have the authority to punish magical crimes like yours as I see fit," Aliyah responded, completely unfazed by her captive's outburst. "Perhaps you would rather be permanently stripped of your ability to use magic?" Blake shuddered at the thought of never being able to use magic again. "As I suspected," Aliyah said with a wry smile as she rubbed her belly. While he didn't like being trapped in Aliyah's belly like this, Blake had to admit that her hand gently rubbing him did feel nice.
"Wait, how long am I gonna be stuck in here?" Blake asked, worried that Aliyah was going to keep him in her gurgling belly forever.
"Fortunately for you," Aliyah answered, "I am not a demon or a hungry frog person, otherwise you would be permanently imprisoned in my abdomen. Instead, the duration of your sentence will be determined by your behaviour." Blake expected her to elaborate on that, giving him a baseline for how long he'd be stuck in her belly for and saying what kinds of behaviour would increase or decrease that time, but the sentinel said nothing for several seconds, and when she did speak again, her voice was lower and what she said was cryptic. "That includes what you did before I ingested you by the way."
"What do you mean?" Blake tried to recall what he did before performing the summoning ritual but he couldn't think of anything his captor could possibly be talking about.
"Casting a spell to make yourself really tasty," Aliyah explained, a small smile and a faint blush forming on her face.
"What? I've never-" Blake started to protest, but then he began to have doubts. He knew dark magic was dangerously unpredictable. Did the attempted summoning make him taste nice as a side effect? Or was he just naturally tasty? He wasn't sure which was better, but as he caught a glimpse of Aliyah licking her lips, he realised that there was another side to her besides the strict disciplinarian he initially thought of her as.
Suddenly, the constant gurgling behind Blake was replaced by a loud, hungry rumble. His entire body vibrated along with the rest of Aliyah's belly. He was surprised to hear the sentinel's stomach demanding food so soon after it had digested him.
"Speaking of tasty," Aliyah said, "I was about to have lunch before coming here and, unfortunately, as tasty as you were, you weren't very filling." She then considered what to do about her rumbling belly. As a magical being, it would be a trivial matter for her to conjure some food for herself. Any amount was possible, from just enough to satiate her hunger to a feast fit for a king. However, Aliyah didn't visit the human realm very often and didn't usually have an opportunity to try out human food. Now would be the perfect time to try some. Alternatively, given that imprisoning Blake in her belly was meant to be a punishment, she could postpone eating for a little while, forcing him to listen to her belly rumbling and growling even longer. It wasn't like she needed the energy urgently because of a rogue demon messing around in the human realm or anything, and maybe this would get him to show some more respect for magical law and otherworldly beings like herself.
