Of course, the worst possible outcome awaited you. Luck wasn't on your side anymore than it was Izumi's side. Izumi- normally someone possessing sharp reflexes- missed you entirely as her hand shot out to grab you. You slipped between her slender fingers, and as your body turned in mid-air, you had a brief moment to see the look of wide-eyed and open-mouthed surprise on her face... just before you dropped right into said open mouth.
"Mmgh?!" Izumi's voice came out, her reaction one of instinctive shock- a visceral reaction that anyone would have at suddenly having something unexpected suddenly fall into their mouth. The sensation of something alive and moving inside of her mouth was decidedly unpleasant.
"Huh? Is that Izumi? Guess cowtits stayed here for lunch," came the snide remark from one of the girls who'd entered the room. Izumi paid her no mind, being more preoccupied at dealing with the sudden unexpected (and very unwanted) appearance of Shujin in her mouth. Both hands were clapped over her mouth, her cheeks bulging comically. Izumi looked like she'd tried to cram much too big a morsel of food into her mouth... though at the moment the last thing the immensely buxom girl wanted to do was swallow. She wasn't even sure if she'd be able to- Shujin might've been tiny, but his tiny seven-or-eight centimeter (roughly 3 inches) body was just big enough that he might not fit down her throat anyway.
"Ooh, looks like she bit off more than she could chew... Hah hah, I'm not surprised she's choking- d'you see how much she puts away? Ugh, I swear... if I tried eating half as much as she does every lunch I'd be the size of a house. It's sooo unfair that everything she eats goes straight to her boobs!" And there was the other girl, less snide and more openly jealous of Izumi's chest (and apparent metabolism.)
"Mmm!" Izumi probably wanted to tell them to shut up, but couldn't open her mouth without exposing you. What was a girl to do?

1) Izumi runs out of the classroom and ducks around a corner so that she can safely get you out of her mouth without being seen. Talk about a close call!
2) One of the guys gives Izumi a sharp slap on the back... and she spits you out right onto her desk in front of everyone!
3) One of the girls bumps into Izumi, and she accidentally swallows!
