Freya's Home
Winning Her Back Chapter 13

Jack was finally fished out of the apron by Freya's giant hand and placed on her bedside table. He was nervous about being here; it wasn't like he had a good track record when it came to girls' bedrooms. He flinched as Freya kicked off her shoes, half expecting her to demand a footrub or some sort of equally degrading task. Instead, she just sat on the bed and smiled sweetly at him.

"So..." she said, "I really want to ask you heaps of personal questions, but, I feel like I shouldn't out of, like, social courtesy..."

Jack stole a quick glance at her. He wasn't used to this kind of awkard charm.

Freya continued. "I mean, if you want to tell me the whole story, then I'd be all ears... you know; if you think it would help with... your, uh... trauma..."

Jack told her everything and Freya listened without interruption. She was torn between feeling intense amounts of sympathy and feeling like this was all about to turn out to be some sort of prank. Ultimately, she landed on sympathy, but that didn't mean she wasn't about to have a little fun with him...

He finished telling his story. Freya shrugged and said nonchalantly, "Well, you did cheat on her..."

She let her response hang in the air for a moment, watched as despair washed over Jack, and let out a laugh.

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding! I'm totally on your side, she sounds like a bitch."

Jack couldn't help but chuckle. It felt like a lifetime since he felt comfortable, like he could speak without fear.

"To be clear;" Jack said, "I no longer want to get back with her."

Freya laughed again. "I don't blame you! Maybe go for someone who doesn't have a thing for tiny men."

Jack nodded in acceptance of her sage advice.

"Alright, so here's what I'm thinking; you stay here for tonight, get some rest, and forst thing tomorrow I'll take you to your friend and we make you big again. Sound good?"

Jack smiled. "Sounds good."

"Okay. Now, face the wall; I need to get changed." Freya started unbuttoning her work blouse.
