You see that you are plummeting towards the surface of a molar. You land softly in a small crevice, with some plaque breaking your fall. Above you, the Lilly dentist stomps about with a flashlight and a pick. Whenever she sees a patch of plaque, she scrapes it off the tooth. She then brushes the flakes off the tooth and they fall towards the enormous tongue. That's going to be a problem if she sees your patch. Does she?
