Life in Sonia's body, both inside her body and outside on the surface, is a rare utopia and a paradise. Natural resources are unlimited, food is abundant and the Microputian and Lilliputian residents have managed to develop and flourish as a civilization during these past five years, to such a degree that they have managed to colonize 75% of Sonia's body and have come to establish a symbiotic relationship with her, so that they are now a natural part of her body and not just parasites living off her.
When Sonia’s children become 18 years old, they are allowed to enter Sonia’s body and live inside her if they wished. When they migrated from the aquarium to Sonia's body, they did so in groups. They were often grouped based on blood due to the siblings’ unbreakable bond. Most of the time, the eldest siblings would wait until their youngest siblings turned eighteen before making the decision to live inside their mother. They settled in different parts of Sonia's body, some thousands landed in one of her huge breasts on the surface of the nipple and from there migrated to her huge milk ducts where they settled to such an extent that they colonized almost the entirety of her breast. It was the place to go for her children to have children of their own as her breastmilk was used to feed their many babies. Another large group of Microputians settled on her pubic mound, which she emphasized to them, would provide them with warmth, water and infinite natural resources to build their houses and sew clothes because of the excessive amount of foliage that her pubic hair could provide. At the time, it looked like a great white and solitary plain because Sonia had waxed her pubic hair prior, in five years she allowed it to grow into an immense forest stretching thousands and thousands of square kilometers.
There were exploratory groups in her navel, her thighs, her ears and her hair. The ears were a popular area as it was where the Microputians went to communicate with their mother. They would thank Sonia for raising them, suggest food for her to est, bring their own children with them so they can meet their grandmother or just have a pleasant conversation with her if they desired. They succeeded in establishing large cities in them. However, most exploration took place inside Sonia’s large stomach and her long intestines of thousands of kilometers. They managed to establish and colonize a large part of her digestive system to such a degree that at present the population in her intestine and stomach reached more than a billion people and was by far the most active and productive place in her body. They had the responsibility of extracting food from Sonia’s stomach and transporting it across her body to the other areas.
But the most important group of all was the one that was in charge of exploring and colonizing the center of her "femininity", her small uterus, or rather her vast and immense uterus from a Microputian’s perspective. They were given a special mission, to discover the cause of Sonia’s infertility. She believed the reason for inability to conceive a child was deep in the depths of her womb and that only her many adopted children could find fix the problem and give her the ability to bare children. Her children were eager to help her. As Microputians, they believed no-one should be denied the ability to have children and this would be the ultimate way of honoring their mother for raising them when no-one else would.
