As he woke up he started to feel his surroundings. To his dismay he was submerged inside an even smaller space forcing him into a fetal position. He soon realized he was inside an egg, but not only that, his body was changing. Though he couldn't see his body, he felt its weight and mass change, mainly do to the constant stinging sensation coursing throughout it. Contrary to what he was bracing himself for, the pain never went beyond stinging. In fact, the miniscule pain was overshadowed by an incredible sense of comfort, like nothing he had ever experienced before. This soothing feeling constantly tried to make him fall back asleep, but he kept his guard up. Even though this was a really weird and possibly wrong situation, not to mention far off from his original intent; his scientific curiosity knew no bounds. He wanted to be awake for every second of this "process".
He started mentally cataloging all the little details and changes, especially the ones involving his body's structure; such as his ears and tails. As he did this he remembered who he was inside, how was he going to explain this to Blaze? Not only did he slip into one of her nether regions without her permission or knowing, but he entered her womb and accidentally became her kitten! He couldn't begin to comprehend how she would react to both hearing she was pregnant for seemingly no reason, then giving birth to him. He knew he had to tell her eventually or they would just figure out what happened thanks to his disappearance and looking through his things for clues. He feared this, the only reaction he could think of her having was her eyes lighting up and her hands starting to burn down whatever building they were in, with him in it.
Those thoughts slowly started to slip away, along with everything else as her womb started working on his nerves and more worryingly, his entire head; including his brain. He started to get scared, what if it got rid of some of his memory?, or even worse, completely wipe it! He couldn't dwell on that for long before her womb forced him to black out.

At this point Blaze had already left her friends Cream and Vanilla and went back to her dimension to attend her royal duties. A few weeks later she noticed her stomach start to bulge a little and that she's been having a lot of cravings and mood swings lately. She quickly checked with some of her medical staff, and to her surprise, she was pregnant. As the doctor showed her the ultrasound...
