Tails' mouth dropped open, not quite believing what hes seeing.
"No... that can't be right... Let me double check..."
Tails ran the diagnostic again and the computer printed the same result.
"Tails, what's wrong", Cream asked with concern. "What's the problem?"
Tails gulped dryly, his throat suddenly drained of all moisture.
"B-b-b-billions..."
"What?" questioned Vanilla.
Tails looks back at her, a desperate, dead look in his eyes which served to frighten his two shipmates.
"Rouge is about to repopulate the entire planet."
Vanilla and Cream both gasped in shock.
"Are you... certain, Tails? That doesn't sound right."
"I design my programs with the utmost efficiency and the data is there, plain as day. Rogue is about to become a mother a billion times over, and there's not a thing I can do to stop it," Tails says miserably.
Vanilla covered her mouth with her hands. "But... wouldn't she, I don't know. How is she going to survive this? She'll explode!"
