Tails looked at his ship, contemplating on going back in to continue his voyages, but at the same time, he realized just how long he's been holed up in his lab, recognizing how beautiful the outside world was at the moment. Sun was shining, but not too hot, and the green pastures was inviting, so Tails decided to put his little project on hold for now as he locked up shop. "One day off wouldn't hurt too much, right?"
