Tikal wanted to get back to Knuckles' house first before she does her business. So she puts her right hand on her butt to keep her waste in until she gets back. Tails made sure he didn't fall off her cheek thanks to his landing gear. Tikal saw the house ahead and was about to walk inside, but she suddenly let out a small fart.
