Tails always wanted to see what goes on is Sally's breasts. As he entered he found something surprising.
"Milk!?"
It was true, there was a small pool of milk in Sally's breast. He decided to taste it, which he found delicious and kept on drinking; taking a sample for testing in the lab.
Sally entered Tails' workshop and saw that he wasn't there. She tried calling for him but nobody answered. That's when she saw a monitor screen, showing what Tails is seeing. She was confused, so she tried to communicate with Tails.
"Tails, can you hear me?"
Tails jumped is surprise and picked up his transceiver.
"Yeah, Aunt Sally?"
"Um, where exactly are you right now? Is that a strange cave full of white water?"
"Oh...well...yeah. I-It is a cave. I f-found it earlier today."
Sally noticed that Tails' voice was cracking, as if he was nervous. That's when she saw a picture of her birthmark on the screen.
"T-Tails! Where did you find my birthmark?? It's never been seen by anyone except my family!"
Tails was really nervous, he didn't know if he should tell her the truth, or lie. That's when Sally...
