Tails shrank down and finally went inside Sally's butt. Sally felt something go up her rear end, but thought nothing about it.
"Hey Sal, I'll be upstairs if you need to talk to me. Tails will be fine."

After Sonic left, Tails was traveling up Sally's bowels, studying anything he can. The intestines were clean to his surprise, as if nothing happened in them for days. That's when he felt some sort of wind fly past him.
Sally suddenly released a fart, to her surprise. She knew that she needed to use the bathroom, since she ate early in the morning. So she went there and sat on the toilet, releasing more farts as she proceeded to empty her bowels.
