Sally was ready to empty her bowels...but for some reason she felt as if it was stuck in her. Now that she thought of it, during her sleep she was feeling slightly bloated, and some slight pain. But she thought it would pass eventually.
It had been eight minutes, and Sally still hasn't been able to go, or even let out gas. She then thought about it and realized the truth behind all this. She got up and turned to Tails.
"Tails, I think I might be constipated," She told him. "I think I need to take a laxative for this, so you need to stay with me for a while."
Tails nodded, and was brought onto Sally's shoulder. She searched her cabinets and found a bottle of laxatives, and she promptly ate one but not without taking something else for safety. She decided to lay down on a towel in the bathroom, with Tails laying on her belly. As he was laying on it, he could hear the gurgling that was going on within Sally, who was still feeling bloated and in slight pain from her build up of waste.
Fifteen minutes later, Sally was still lying on the towel. But she suddenly felt herself let out a small fart, and a really big urge to use the toilet. She got up and secured Tails back onto the toilet seat, with him being a little excited, and worried to see Sally use the toilet up close. Sally started farting uncontrollably, and immediately sat back down on the toilet.
Sally's poop was thick in size, and was coming out at a fast rate. Sometimes it was a long log of it while other times it was sludge. Tails was always keeping his eyes on what was happening, and started questioning to himself about how much waste was still inside. Sally quickly paused to make sure Tails was alright, and saw that her poop almost touched him. She took him out and sat back down, continuing her bathroom break.
Eventually, after letting the air out of her bloated belly, she was finally empty, as she got back up while wiping herself. Sally hadn't realized how much she had in her as the toilet was nearing the top, and with relief that it was still able to flush. She then looked at Tails.
"Okay, Tails. Show's over," she began. "Now you need to go back inside my butt."
"But Sally! It's probably disgusting in there!"
"This is still part your punishment, so hurry it up," Sally ended as she put Tails back into her rear, and lay down on her bed for the rest of the night, with Tails trying to get used to the smell.
