It was 1:00 AM. Sally was sleeping belly first, on her bed, while Tails was sleeping inside her big intestine. Tails suddenly woke up to a rumbling sound, a sound he had heard for a while, but this time it was getting louder. Tails suddenly felt a strong wind begin to push him, until he lost his grip, flying down the intestine.
Outside with Sally, she was still sleeping. Suddenly she unknowingly let out a loud fart, almost sending Tails out her anus if he hadn't grabbed hold of the rectum wall. Tails was going back up her intestine when he saw huge brown waste come toward him, forcing him to run back to her rectum. Sally felt that she needed to use the toilet, and quickly got out of her bed, walking toward the bathroom. She sat on the toilet, ready to empty her bowels...but then she remembered that Tails was in there too. She stood back up and called to Tails...
"Tails! You should come out of there for a moment!"
Tails quickly did as he was told and got out, landing on her hand. Sally told him not to run off as she sat down again, ready to do her business again...
"Wait Sally! Could I...could I watch?"
Sally was a little surprised that Tails wanted to watch her use the bathroom, but she decided to let him watch as part of the punishment. So she stood back up with one hand on her butt to hold her contents in, put Tails on a string, and stuck the other end of the string on the underside of the toilet seat, leaving him hanging over the water below. Sally asked if he was going to be okay as he was, which Tails said yes to. She let out another fart; knowing she can't hold it in anymore, and sat back on the toilet.
