It was awkward, everything went silent after that little... well, incident? you don't know much, but you find it amusing in how twilight's embarrasse moments were before becoming a princess... well she still can be arkward herself.
after a minute or two, twilight lead you upstairs only to find a door, the door has a sigh labeled Twilight's Study Room Figures you roll your eyes, based in what you know thanks to Celestia and before her, few sourcers (*cought*Spike*cought*), twilight is basically a huge bookworm, if breathing were necesary, If eat and sleep were not a need, she would spend all that time reading books.
as your enter at the horn you notice that is not a room but a tower look-like, said tower has multiples bookshelves about magic and ancient types there is a stairs that probarbly goes to the bedroom and the center there is a glowing golden orb conected to the fleshy ground and the tower walls... could this be her ability to do magic?
"pretty impressive, no?" Twilight's voice caught your attention. "this is the base of the Princess' Horn, no this is not the entire horn. We really are that tiny now, Princess Celestia has power anything in her entire body, even us. We might not notice it but the corridors and stairs change our body's size for some specific places and organs" Said the lavender unicorn, that was amazing feat that have Celesta, then again, she is the princess, she can do anything.

"Thank you but I thought that you were attending some Royal Duties, Princess" Twilight added but she didn't respond.
"Anyway, now that we are here." she smiled while making a notepad and a pen from thin air, of course, made of magic, you take a breath after all, you will talk a lot.
Outside, the princess sat at the throne room attending few meetings with the mayors of manehatten and Cloudsdale along with her sister Luna, after all, night was near, hours passess and the meeting ends but Luna stop her sister before lowering the sun.

"I felt a presence in you, like, you have somepony inside of your body, now I'm feeling the Holder of Magic inside of you along with that foreign presence." Luna speak softly concerned, she never felt something like that before at her sister, however, she smiled at the worried Luna.

"You WHAT?!" she shouted in the end, almost in the canterlot voice, luckily for the small residents, the horn is so dense that the sound didn't affected them.
"Calm down, Lulu, is not a problem I didn't felt evil intention in the human beside, twilight is with him."
"I know that, the presence wasn't evil, just noticiable but the question is how and why there is a human in your body? Celestia proceed to lower the sun while Luna move the moon, it was nighttime now, Celestia started to explain the tiny visitor and his odd wish to be inside ponies and how he entered in her and how twilight was next and embarrased her as well. they both chuckled in the end, Celestia decided to sleep now and leave the Night duty to her sister, leaving her pondering at te human visitor inside her sun sister.
meanwhile inside, Twilight was keeping asking you even your eyeballs' weight! damn she is very, VERY curious and inquisitive pony, but you find her cute seeing this in this stage.
During this entire time, you both were talking about each other, (mostly you) however you yawn while looking the hour, you were suprised that it was already late!
Twilight look at this too while yawning herself, she notice she's already tired, luckily there is a room in tower.
"It seems is already late, there is a room with two beds in it, while they are from the Princess' flesh, they are very cozy, warm and soft."
"Wait? two beds?" You ask.
"Spike, he was with me, Baby dragons when sleeping and growing up tend to grow their limbs separately" they go to the horn's room upstairs when opening the door they notice no two beds but only ONE.
"You said there was another bed" You said a little irked.
"I know there were two beds here unless..." she gasped then narrow her eyes "That devil..." you look at her questionably "What?"
"Nothing!" she said quickly. "It seems that there is only one bed"
"Really?" you question sarcastically only to sigh in desbelief "If you want, I can sleep in the couch downstairs."
"What? No! I'll leep in the couch, you sleep in the bed." You frown.
"Twilight, you're the Princess, Royalty. I can't let you do that"
"No! I refuse that for my title to have a friend sleeping in a couch"
"what then? you asked finally gaing her attention.
"We could... eh... sleep together?" she asked shyly and blushing this suprised you "What?!"
"I will not accept a no as answer!" she said firmly shocking you again then again, you sigh in defeat.
"Alright, alright I'm too tired to continue arguing, let's just sleep" Twilight blush but smile at victory she archieved you two go the bed, they both notice how little was the bed was as your body pressed against hers, her soft fur touching your skin her face very close to your, basically you two were cuddling. Twilight has only one though in her mind. This was her idea from the very beginning... but I like it.
