"Your highness, I'm heading for your eyes first. Hope you won't mind me there."
"Very well, mage. I won't mind you looking at stuffs I see. In fact, your presence there is welcomed. My eyes should be a good starting point for your adventure," Celestia said telepathically, "If you have any questions, just speak with your mind and I'll be glad to answer them."
When the Princess fell silent again, you walked toward the desired passage and began ascending a series of steps. The stair is really squishy and bouncy; the whole place would jitter with every step you take. Princess Celestia has been really accommodating and you're thankful for that. This is maybe the first time a human gets to explore the interior of the solar princess, a very rare opportunity to fully understand her workings. You couldn't help but feel bad for Star Light being traumatized by such an experience. He sure missed out the fun part of being in a body, you thought.
Moments later, the stairs gave way to an chamber the size of a large bedroom that many of Canterlot's nobles own. The room is devoid of anything except a pair of oval openings placed on either sides of the room. The throne room is visible through them. Guard ponies flanked both sides of the long hall with stoic expressions. The stained glass windows tells the stories of feats of the group of ponied known as the Elements of Harmony. Most exciting of all, you can see Princess Luna seated beside in a regal pose busy writing down some notes on parchment paper while occasionally glancing toward her sister. It's not often that you get to see these together.
"I see that you've arrived at my eyes, Mage," Celestia said, "This is one of Star Light's favorite place during his stay within me. I tried showing him my daily routines around the palace to relieve him of boredom but I sensed him to be more interested in being able to look outside than royal protocols."
"It must be really depressing to be able to see things yet not being in control at all," you commented.
"Indeed...Star Light didn't take things as well as you do. During his stay, he pleaded me everyday to let him out of my body for some fresh air. But I sadly have to deny him that privilege as the dangers he faced in his shrunken state were too great."
Before you could offer a reply, a guard announced the arrival of...
