The Princess' brain was just a short walk from her eyes because of their proximity. A set of stairs in the fleshy corridor leads toward your destination as indicated by a sign. The ground trembles rhythmically, leading you to believe that Celestia is walking toward someplace else. The sensation of the movement felt strangely comforting. You slowed you pace just to savor the feeling of being in the safety of the solar monarch's body. You imagined the way she walked and how well toned her alabaster body looked. A quick self reminder that Celestia probably could read your mind stopped you from thinking further in that direction. I really need to keep my mind out of the gutter. I'm in the Princess for goodness sake.
The passageway gave way to an even larger chamber. You originally expected to see a soft mass of wrinkles and folds. But the Princess' brain has more resemblance to a palatial library. The ceilings are tall and vaulted like the dining hall of Canterlot Castle. Tons and tons of tomes and books are arranged on shelves laid out in concentric circles. The library is quiet except for the echoes of you footsteps upon the floor. Some of the books looked worn and old while others have more contemporary designs. A quick browse of the titles and you found books about spells and Equestrian history. Others are about griffons, dragons, humans, and even a cake cookbook. You guess that Celestia's actual memories must be stored in another area in here.
The centerpiece of the chamber is a giant tapestry that depicts both Celestia and Luna watching over their kingdom. The Sun Princess has head raised high like the beaming sun above. At the opposite side, Luna looked serenely at her Moon and stars. Beneath the alicorns is the land of Equestria populated by the three races of pony. You quietly admired the work and thought about the countless legends you've heard before.
"Ahh, seems like the beauty within my brain has caught your attention," Celestia chimed, "This is one of Twilight's favorite places to be in me. She would spent days studying the memories I permitted her to look at. She has gotten so curious about me that she once snuck into restricted areas housing my personal memories and watched some things not discussable in polite company."
"I can imagine her doing that. I heard Twilight will go great lengths to obtain information."
"It's more than that, my human. She will go completely crazy if she is ever a minute behind her checklist or schedule."
"Wow...If I ever meet Twilight in here, be sure you always have a magical barrier handy."
"Don't worry. I bet you two will get along quite well."
"Yea, I think. So, what's this tapestry for?"
"If you're curious, that tapestry is the visualization of my relationship with my sister. It's the indication of the harmony within Equestria. You can say that it reflects my state of mind."
"...Wow, cool indeed."
"So, wanna check out some cute filly Twilight memories with me?
------
Meanwhile, the Princess has just finished an explanation about the human in her to Twilight, which greatly piqued the purple pony's curiosity.
"This is unbelievable. There is a human who fantasizes about living in you, Princess? He must be a very interesting person. I have to meet this human! Princess, could you please use that spell on me again?"
