Cream was just about to press the button, but realized there is more than one green button, to her misfortune. Tails felt a sharp pain in his abdomen, hearing it growl in protest and making him clutch his hands on the area.
"Ack! Oh gosh," he groaned, "I think I'm having gas pains!"
No sooner after he said that, he felt himself release a bigger fart than before, finding it's way past his waste.
Meanwhile, inside, Cream and the ship were shaken by a strong wind, inevitably pushing the flightless vehicle down through the hole of the anus, out of Tails' rectum, and into the toilet water below. The ship was apparently semi-buoyant, bobbing in the water like a boat. Cream sat back up after the rough landing, quickly contacting Tails of what happened.
"Tails! Can you hear me?"
The fox heard her voice, and contacted back to her.
"Cream? What happened?"
"I wasn't able to push the button; I think you farted me out by accident!"
Tails check the pad to see what the ship sees, and finds that the ship is in fact in the toilet. Now he felt guilty for allowing this to happen.
"Sorry, Cream; I couldn't help it....oh gosh, why does this have to- gurk...hurt so much?"
Tails could feel his rectum stretch from the amount of poop building up, causing more discomfort for the poor fox. What worried him was the possibility of his stool hitting Cream while she was still in the toilet; he had to think fast.
"Cream," he called, "I can- ough... see there are more green buttons than I thought, so I'll direct y- urk... your hand to the right one!"
Cream agreed to the idea, but before they could get started, Tails could feel his brown burden threatening to break through his last defence and fall into the water. He had to buy themselves time to restart the ship, so he did the only thing he could think of: attempt to hold it back. But the question is is he able to?
