As Tails heard Cream's request, he guided his ship remotely and opened his mouth allowing his friend to see what's inside. He felt worried about her well-being, as being inside a body can be dangerous.
Cream looked at her surroundings, surprised at how big everything looked now. "Tails," she started, "Can you tell me anything about the mouth?" She was only replied with "uh-huh", to her confusion. "Why are you talking like that?" she asked.
Tails flew the ship back out, and said, "It's because I don't want to accidentally crush you with my teeth and tongue. But I'll tell you about my mouth first, then you find them." Cream seemed to agree, and listened as Tails named the many parts of a jaw and mouth, and was sent inside to find them.
It was a few minutes later when the ship was outside again. Cream asked Tails a rather curious question. "Can I explore what's down that hole in your mouth?"
What did Tails think? Does he let her go down, or just stick to his head?
