Tails had been concerned about Cream's safety when she asked that question; the inside of one's body, especially the stomach, is a dangerous place. Even with these worrying thoughts, Tails felt confident that he can get Cream out of any situation. "Well...okay, Cream," he submitted, "Just watch the top of the stomach as food comes down, okay?"
Cream nodded off camera. "Okay, Tails!" she replied, feeling excitement flow through her veins as Tails went to get something to eat; he hadn't eaten since yesterday, and it was now lunch time.
A few minutes later, Cream saw movement come from the hole on the top of the stomach. As it opened, food began falling from the other side, landing in the acid below. As the bunny observed, the food was in fact chili dogs—one of his favorite foods. She watched as the acid bubbled, causing the food to slowly dissolve and digest to her curiosity. The stomach was soon full, and Tails said it was time to leave the body part when Cream noticed something.
"Tails," Cream asked in concern, "is food supposed to have a tiny robot come out?" On the other side, Tails' eyes went wide when he heard that question, and quickly looked at the monitor to see a robot with four legs, and a small body, walking towards the entrance to his intestines. He heard Cream ask a question again, "Tails, is that robot a bad one or a good one?"
Tails was able to reply this time, "I don't think it's a good one, Cream. It has Eggman's logo on the side, and I don't think it's just here to explore." The fox knew that he had to go after it, much to his embarrassment with Cream around, but he knew this friend would be in danger. Having no choice left, he told Cream that they were going after the robot, flying the ship through the doorway to the small intestine.
As they tried to find the robot, Tails was able to teach Cream some of the functions of the bowels as they flew along, keeping Cream's interests high. The rabbit thought to herself how much a body can do, how much Tails' body can do. She admitted in her mind that Tails was a great friend, and she was starting to almost love him in a way.
Soon the duo finally found the robot climbing through the entrance to the rectum. Tails called Cream again, "It went into my rectum for some odd...and uncomfortable reason. We both should brace ourselves for what's about to happen in there." Tails was about to head in when Cream asked something.
"Is the rectum the space right behind the back hole?" Tails knew what she meant, and he confirmed in repulsion that she was right. Finally, the two shrunk down to avoid detection, and entered the rectum. They were greeted with a sight both of them did not expect...
Surrounded by a blue force-field, was an Eggman base on the ceiling of the rectum.
