"Well, our experiments start with something simple but first, you must know you are the first human male in all toon world and ever since the incident and the quarantine almost a decade ago. Some context here; The quarantine was something Humans from this version of Earth put once the Incident ended. Almost all contact between the two worlds is forbidden and exclusive, and so human visiting here is a huge deal and extremely rare but toon visiting there is far more common if you have contacts" She says but smiles
"You are different, you are human but from another dimension and with magic abilities. Based on what Lila and Maddie says, this all but confirmed of your claims which makes you literally one of a kind."

"I see..." so this other human world she's talking about begin enforcing a quarantine fearing whatever happened to the male Toons may happen to them next.

"As you know, being the only human here with abilities beyond any other make you prized than any other homo sapiens, It's like comparing Diamond or Platinum with gold!" She says with surprising giddiness. "This is one of the reasons we offered protection to you because more malevolent toons would exploit and abuse you, You see, I don't want that despite what you might believe now. I'm a scientist but also a woman with needs, I want simply to do some studies as well enjoy our time together." Her eyes turned lustful, one of her hand landed to your naked torso, feeling you up. she licked her lips "One of those studies involves reproduction in mind so tell me, are you up for it?"
Jeez, another woman that wants to have your baby. You can kind of understand the circumstances that led up to her committing it to act like this oh, but you wouldn't exactly call knocking you out and tying you to a bed in a dark place in any way benign.(edited)
Still, she was offering you consent to impregnate her in the name of science, and you are already in deep with Lila being possibly pregnant with your children, so...
You made a silent vow to impregnate all the women here if the opportunity arises. You were deep in this world already, but damn, it feels right even. Even if the start wasn't the ideal she was offering a nice opportunity, Lila wasn't here and despite the obvious infidelity, somehow, it doesn't feel wrong for some reason. It feels right.
"Just to let you know, I know Lila is pregnant, she told us all and while we're happy for her, fidelity is a commodity that no longer exists and she knows it, we warned each other that if one of us get pregnant it won't stop anyone in this community to do it as well. " Despite all outward appearances, we all really do care about you and what's best for you. After all, nearly all of us have been mothers already and shown caring and love to our own children."
"So motherly enough to drug a guy, bring him to a lab and tell him you want to have experimented with him, including having children within the name of lustful science?" She chuckled and looked a bit sheepish.
