Screw all that other stuff, you had your mind set on one thing and one thing only. Like a fat kid given free reign over a candy store you giddily rushed up the winding path. The shaded canopy of the forest trees quickly thinned out and you could see your destination far more clearly.
You scurried up a hill and stood, taking in the majesty of the vista in front of you.
That's it, that's really Toontown.
You:re really here.
You squinted your eyes to see if you could spot anyone walking around down there.
After a minute of searching you concluded that you must be too far away.
You started to walk down the hill when you walked into something that was suddenly blocking the way.
BOOM.
"OW!" You cried, rubbing the bridge of your nose, then took a step back to see what you'd just run into.
A large billboard had just appeared out of nowhere that had bright, colorful writing on it and a smiling Toon mascot.
Welcome to historic Toontown,

If you're looking for Toontropolis it's 2.5 miles thataway.
Below the bottom caption was an arrow sticking out of the sign at an odd angle.
You walked behind tbe sign and looked where the arrow was pointing and your jaw dropped.
Off in the distance was a huge modern looking urban center with tall white and grey buildings and several outlying suburbs surrounding it.
You guess the spell book wasn't lying when it said they had progressed over the last hundred years.
Your gaze became fixated back on the little town, however.
First things first, you need to go in and finish what you came here for.
