With the changes to Ash's genes in place, you thought that the bulk of your work was done, and that all that was left for you to do was to sit and wait as your barrier's tendrils pumped the changes into the spermatogonium, expecting Ash's body to silently accept the genetic shift.

Unexpectedly, the area around you started to grow hot, but not out of lust, but as an involuntary reaction similar to when a virus or foreign bacteria invades any other part of the body. Suddenly, the testicular walls pulsed wildly, shifting and contracting as the area around you began to glow an intense blue flame. Your instincts could've told you to stop, but with a reaction this interesting, why stop?
You modified your own magic pulses to work in tandem with the growing painless flames, trying to see if you can trick whatever was causing the response to work in tandem with your powers. Sure enough, after a while, the intense flames died down, but the blue glow softly remained. While the reaction was too much for the previous sperm to handle, it ultimately didn't matter as shortly after, a fresh new batch began to grow by the thousands. But these weren't the pearly white swimmers from before. No, these new sperm were sleeker, seemingly faster and more energetic. Their bodies were a sky blue color with their tails giving off faint flicks of the same blue flame from before.
