You could create a spell that would cause him to put out an invisible scent to wild female pokemon, who, depending on their temperament would range from an adorable crush to a strong infatuation to a riotous lust.
You could also change his appearance so as to look so innocent and cute that lusty older women like Lusamine or Professor Juniper or even his own mother won't be able to keep their hands off of him. He'll get used so much that his work would be cut out for him if he wants to keep participating in the various Leagues.
Alternatively, you could do a combination of those things while also getting inside to change his body to have hyper fertile sperm, able to knock up any female whether they be human or not.
This might even be able to catch the attention of some legendary pokemon to seek him out to breed with.
Hell, you might even be able to change his Pikachu as well since they're such close buddy buddies.
