Out on the town

You decisively snapped the book shut, laid it on the desk. You stretched out your arms and yawned, then gazed over at the clock on the wall. The clock was set to automatically sync itself to the same time zone of the world you were exploring, and the clock face read that it was about 1 o'clock in the afternoon, meaning there was still plenty of time in the day to go out exploring. As much as you like doing research inside from the safety of your own home, you're not going to learn much about Equestrian culture by sitting around here and reading dusty books all day.

You pushed out your chair and stood up before levitating the books back onto their shelves with a wave of your hand.
In alphabetical order of course. You weren't some kind of heathen, after all.

You snapped your fingers and suddenly you were right outside your front door, not even bothering to make the trip by foot.

You took a deep breath of the cool, clean air, and then exhaled, before grinning widely. It was springtime in Equestria and the gentle breeze flowing over you felt both cool and refreshing. Gotta love that sweet, clean, pollution-free air. It was a new day in Equestria, and the entire world awaits.

What will you do now?
