Family Reunited Anime Vore, GTS, GT, Shrinking, Unbirth chapter 75 by copier · original author: fearboy

“Family,” Yuka numbly echoed. It was a beautiful thought, all of them being together, happy, like a real family. But real families usually consisted of a husband, wife and one or more children. Mayu and Nanu fit the role of children, happy, school bond girls that relied on the adults for food and shelter, but Mayu couldn’t see Nyuu fitting that role. She’d fit so much better in the role of wife, a role that Yuka desperately wanted. She had tried to keep this family of misfits together when Nyuu disappeared, going God knows where, for God knows what reason. She’d kept the remaining family together with the mind-set of a caring mother. Even Kouta had been affected. Since Nyuu went away, he’s been lonely and she’s been there to keep him company. Just today she caught him giving her sideways glances when he thought she wasn’t looking. A few looks might seem like nothing, but with their relationship seeming to be going nowhere, it seemed like a start. Now, Nyuu was back and things were going return to the status quo. Yuka looked down at the apron she was wearing, focusing on the design of the fabric and not the happy family picture happening in front of her. She’d fall into the background and all of Kouta’s attention would return to Nyuu. All her dreams would be snuffed away by this formerly horned girl like wisps of smoke in the wind. It was tragic, but most things seemed that way when it came to Nyuu.

Yuka looked up and her eyes met the bloody irises of Nyuu. For just a second, Yuka could swear those eyes turned stone cold becoming haunting spheres of hate that could freeze her blood. Then the look passed and they softened, not becoming the bright naïve eyes of Nyuu, but someone else. Some wiser, smarter, battle hardened. Yuka was so lost in these bizarre eyes, she never noticed them drawing closer as Nyuu walked up to her. They stood apart from each other, silent and seemingly unemotional, but inside each, a storm brewed.

While Yuka saw a rival in Nyuu, the other girl saw several things, a rival and something she hated with every fiber of her being, a human. So much pain had come from humans, all due to their greed, selfishness or simple spite. It was hard not to sneer down at this one, hate her with ever fiber of her being and either rip her apart or swallow her whole. It was a feeling she had for all humans, except Kouta. Not once had the thirst for his death reached her brain, only a warm, comforting feeling that gave her hope when being subjugated to humanities evil. Without his face in her mind that hate would be all she would be capable of feeling. Instead, the hate ebbed slightly, just enough to be pushed aside. Hate was hard to fight; it grew stronger the more it was ignored. Alone, she’d never be able to keep it from lashing out and tearing everything in her path apart, but she wasn’t alone, not any more.

“I don’t think we’ve been properly introduced, I’m Lucy.” If the sudden introduction wasn’t weird enough, Lucy outdid it by performing a curtsy, lifting the edges of her skirt up and bent her knees. It was a strange way to introduce yourself, but Lucy was a very strange girl. Yuka stared back, not knowing whether to return the curtsy or not. Deciding that gaping like an idiot wasn’t the right way to respond, Yuka responded by putting her hand out and taking Lucy’s own.

“it’s nice to meet you Lucy,” Yuka softly replied. Things had changed from before, at least for Nyu…no, Lucy. A metamorphosis from addled minded girl to woman had occurred. It could mean that Yuka still had a chance with Kouta, or it could mean that her rival now with her full mentality had become an even bigger problem. It was impossible to gauge the situation now, Yuka needed time for this to settle in her mind. She should try to be happy at least for everyone else’s sake. A missing family member had returned. This was a time to celebrate.

Mayu clasped her hands together in excitement. Her eyes wide with enthusiasm at the return of Lucy and her memories. “I’m so happy, isn’t this great?” Everyone nodded, even with the strenuous feelings between Yuka and Lucy, everyone was very happy to have Lucy back with them, especially Kouta. He knew that he should hate Lucy, maybe even be disgusted and horrified, but those feelings seemed foreign to him when he looked at the quiet young lady. He felt so mixed up about her and when he tried to put his mind to it, he didn’t know what he truly felt for her.

Mayu smiled at Lucy telling her, “Lunch will be ready soon. We’ve saved a place for you. We only have enough for four people, but I’ll gladly give you my portion.”

Lucy smiled faintly at the formerly homeless girl. Getting such kindness from someone was still very new for Lucy. She had hazy memories of the considerate girl, one being her kindness towards Wanta. She was so tender with the pup, just like she’d been with her own dog back at the orphanage. A grimace flashed across her face as memories bombarded her from that time. All the abuse she’d received form the other children, the loneness, the betrayal, all of it leading up until she discovered her vectors and maybe as importantly, her hunger. She pushed it aside in her mind with the hate. She had to let the past die if she was going to live on. Lucy put her hand down on Mayu’s shoulder.

“It’s alright, I’m not very hungry.”

“But you shouldn’t starve,” Mayu pleaded, not wanting Lucy to suffer without a meal while everyone else ate.

“It’s fine. Two days ago I had a huge meal and I’m still full. Trust me when I say missing a meal isn’t going to hurt me.” Lucy patted her belly.

Mayu nodded, still not to sure about Lucy going without a meal. Kouta ushered them into the kitchen to sit down. They had so much to talk about and he wanted to spend a meal with Lucy again, like the old times. Before going to the kitchen, Lucy turned to Nanu, who’d remained still since Lucy’s last comment about being not hungry. Their blood eyes met and Nanu spoke.

“How many did you eat two days ago?”

Casually, Lucy shrugged her shoulders. “Lost count.” Lucy became serious and her eyes narrowed at the younger diclonius. “We’ll talk later,” was all she said before joining Kouta in the kitchen. She had her family again and nothing was going to ruin that for her.
