The Forgotten Villa

The young country of Ohfun holds many secrets. It's home to countless villas dotted throughout the country. Some of these villas are inhabited, while others are not. Each villa has been overgrown with ivy and fallen into an advanced state of disrepair. Some villas are 20 years old, while other villas are much, much older. Some of these villas are home to goblins, orcs, and other foul creatures.
However, there's a villa that everyone forgets. The Forgotten Villa--as it is called--looks to be over 100 years old and is so overgrown with ivy that it looks like a small hill. Within this villa is a rare magical item. Exactly what does this magical item do? Well, that's why 4 people were sent to look for it.
It was Ila who asked Louie to go look for the Forgotten Villa. Of course, Louie brought along his three female companions; Melissa, Genie and Merill. Merrill was only interested in the gold that was said to be in the villa. Genie had nothing better to do, and Melissa had to go with her champion.
The Forgotten Villa was located in a remote mountain valley. So, we find the 4 companions in a mountain valley.
"Geez, who would want to build a villa all the way out here?" asked Merill.
"Just keep going" said Louie. "I haven't even heard of this so-called villa"
"You don't hear much of anything" said Genie.
"WHAT WAS THAT?!" yelled Louie. Genie glared at Louie, making him step back from the amazon.
"This is so against my will.." said Melissa for the 10,000th time.
"Hey!" yelled Merill. "I think we've found it!"
There, not 50 feet away, was the long-forgotten villa. The villa was four stories tall and did indeed look like a lop-sided hill because of all the ivy that was growing on it. The front door to the villa was slightly open.
"Does that mean there's somebody else here?" asked Melissa as the group came closer.
"Someone might be living here" said Louie.
"Well, we might as well look around on the inside" said Genie.
So, the group entered the entrance hall of the villa. It was dark on the inside, so Louie lit up his wand. It wasn't that dark since the sun was shining through the ivy-covered windows, but it was too dark to see without a light soucre.
"Think we should split up and look?" asked Louie.
"I wouldn't say so" said Genie. "who knows who--or what--lives here"
"It can't be that dangerous" said Louie.
"To a novice like you, everything is dangerous" shot back Genie.
"Stop calling me a novice!" yelled Louie.
"Will you two stop?!" asked Merill.
"Okay, so how about we split into pairs?" suggested Louie. The others argeed.
"I'll go with Louie, since he's my champion" said Melissa, then added under her breath, "although it IS against my will"
"Okay, so it'll be me and Melissa" said Louie. "and Genie with Merill"
The two pairs broke up to search for the rare magical item.
