Saya, Rei, Shizuka nd Saeko were left behind as Komura, Kohta, Asamo and Hiro went to get blood for the old woman who needed it. Unaware that they would be surrounded by them with Hiro being shot in the head by Asami. They waited for the group to come back as they watched the old couple. Saya then noticed another room.
"What's in here?" Saya asked curiously as the others noticed it too.
"Oh, I think there's a premature baby in there. It's mother died during childbirth who also had a miscarriage which resulted a lot of blood loss. They were running away from them." The nurse said.
"Hey! Let's go check it out." Saya said.
"We'll stay here on guard in case Komura and his group come back." Saeko said. "Take, Shizuka with you."
Rei elected to stay with Saeko as the two went into a room that looked like an ICU.
"Oh? Excited to become a mother, Saya? So you want to see what Alice would look like being born?" Shizuka said as she giggled.
Saya blushed in angry, "Of course not! I'm worried about the baby!" She pouted as they came into the room.
"That's an incubator, that's for premature babies." Shizuka pointed out as they approached the incubator.
As they peered into the incubator, they saw...
