"Wow, It's kinda small!" Saya said in awe as she peered into the incubator.
"Of course it is. That's how big a baby should be in the womb. I estimate it to be at least 6 or 7 months. Due to it being prematurely born. It's needs to be in ICU and monitored. But with this outbreak lingering. I kinda doubt that it will survive. Especially with all of them just outside." Shizuka explained as she crossed her arms beneath her breasts.
Saya felt sorry for it and was sad.
"I'm going to help out the nurses and doctors with the elderly couple." Shizuka said as she went towards the exit. "Are you gonna come?"
Saya was startled as she turned, blushed and answered, "I'm gonna offer a prayer of recovery for this baby. I'll follow afterwards."
"Okay." Shizuka said as she exited the room and the door closed.
"There's no way I'm gonna let you die or live alone with no family!" a determined Saya thought as she looked around for anything to help her out with.
She spotted a small baby bath which she assumed is for the baby. Saya then quietly went to the exit and peeked where her everyone was. She saw they were preoccupied.
"Now's my chance!" Saya said to herself, pumping herself up for the task she was about to do.
Saya knew her way about with medical equipment so she was able to disable it without the alarm going off. She saw the baby girl began to gurgle and panic somewhat as she knew she didn't have match time.
"There! There! You'll be safe soon." Saya whispered to the premature girl as she bathed her in the baby bath thus making her body slippery.
"According to Dr. Hiratsuka, my cervix is still rubbery and should take a while for it to recover. Though I won't have to worry about miscarrying my new children since my womb is protecting them." Saya thought as she reminisce what her doctor said back at her home.
She placed the baby down in the tub as she began to slide down her panties to her knees. She then picked up the baby and kissed her forehead.
"Alice and my baby boy, you're about to have a baby girl as a new sibling!" Saya said to her belly.
She began to lower the frail baby past her belly as she guided it to her vagina. Struggling to aim it's legs. She did her best not to make noise while checking in case anyone would enter the room. As soon as she felt the baby's legs touch her vaginal lips. She used her muscles to pull the baby in! She gasped as she grasped her mouth to mute her voice.
Saya felt the baby hang from beneath her as she widen her stance. Grunting as she did her best to pull the new baby inside of her. Saya felt it quickly entering her body as the baby girl began to make its way up and into her womb. Saya cradled her belly as she felt it grew a little. The three shifting inside of her to accommodate their newest sibling. Saya swallowed her saliva as she did her best to fight the pleasure it bought to her until she found it settle in. Struggling to pull her panties up, she rubbed her belly and smiled.
"There, there! You're safe now." Saya said as she stroked her belly and smiled. Saya relaxed a bit, leaning on the counter as she felt the three move from inside of her.
Saya winced as she felt an umbilical cord attach itself to her newest addition but began to relax with a deep sigh. She began to exit the room to join her friends. All unaware of what she has done.
