"They're so small!" Saya noted as she looked into the incubator with Shizuka.
"Of course they are! They're premature! I estimate they're at least 6 to 7 months. I'm surprised they survive this long." Shizuka explained. "But with this outbreak and nobody to care for them, they won't last long." She said in a sad note.
Saya was heartbroken as Shizuka left the room to check on the old couple. Saya then peered from inside of the room. She slowly closed the door and went back to the twins.
"I'll give you a new home. We can't just leave you here!" Saya whispered to the twins.
Saya carefully pulled the power on the respirator and unhinged all of the apparatus surrounding the twins. They began to breath rapidly as Saya did her best to calm them.
"Almost there! Just hang on!" Saya whispered as she found a small baby bath.
Dipping her hand in it she found it warm and slippery. "Perfect!" She said as she took the boy and lathered him up. Saya looked at the door to see if anyone was peeking. She then placed the boy in the baby bath and slowly pulled down her panties.
" According to Dr. Hiratsuka, my body still hasn't recovered yet from the unbirth procedure so my cervix should be slippery and they should slid inside easily." Saya thought as she took the boy once again.
Saya struggled in bending over due to her belly but was able to get his feet attached to her vaginal lips. She used those muscle to pull the boy up and into her. "Still got the girl to do." Saya said to herself as she walked over to the incubator and took the girl. Lathered her up in the baby bath. She took a deep breath and began her procedure again.
Due to her larger belly, she couldn't bend over. She cursed herself as she found a bed she could use. Hoisting herself on the bed, she positioned herself in a birthing position as she guided the girl's head into her vaginal lips.
