Panicked at the sight in front of her, inside a shrunken (in her mind) ship, with no sign of Kiyone, Mihoshi did the only thing she could. She began to look through the log in front of her to try and find out what was going on.
The idea to search the log came from nowhere, but as soon as it appeared, the impulse felt almost necessary to fulfill. Hopefully it would have answers. Ignoring the fact that the log had already been sent to Galaxy Police headquarters an hour ago, or that it had her signature on it, Mihoshi hastily began looking through for any clue she could find.
"Ok, let's see...I've been asleep for seven hours? That's two more than my old record. That's not good," she added, continuing to look through the log.
"Bioweapon...pirates...Kiyone...killed?"
The last sentence of the report hit her like a ton of bricks.
"Kiyone Makabi...killed? Kiyone's dead?!"

What do you mean you can't control the body fully? Your design had no flaw, but this, this is a force beyond any in simply how...unusual it is. Leave? No, that won't be necessary. I should have foreseen such a complication, but I will use it to my advantage. The lapdog is already heading towards the objective, and she will soon find its location for us. Time is not a factor. All you have to do is guide the lapdog towards my prize, however gradually it might be. Then we can move on to the next phase of our plan...

The log didn't provide the answers that Mihoshi had wanted, instead, it provided more questions. Her partner dead. Something that had changed her size. A tiny ship that was rather eerie with no one in it. One conclusion came to Mihoshi's head on how she could have missed all of these events.
"I'm sleepwalking!"
The ship was already entering Japanese airspace, and the panicked Mihoshi was still unsure of what to do with herself. The first priority that came to mind was trying to put her clothes back on, although she quickly found out that squeezing an 8' frame into a uniform designed for a sub 6' female was much easier said than done. By the time she had finished, the already torn uniform was filled with new rips and tears, hanging together on her body with the barest of threads.
Going back into the extremely cramped cockpit, Mihoshi sighed and began doing everything she could to attempt to land the ship. Granted, the last time she had tried landing on Earth without a computer or someone else assisting her, she had crashed directly into the lake by Tenchi's house, but this time would be different, right?
The only problem now was where could she possibly go with all the events that had just transpired.
