"I don't believe this," Kiyone grimaced as she looked on the floor. Her worthless partner was sleeping on the job.
"WAKE UP!" she shouted, making sure to deliver a kick to the sleeping form until it finally stirred. Before Mihoshi could even say anything, Kiyone started yelling.
"You cause this mess and now you fall asleep without even finishing all of it?! I swear Mihoshi, you keep screwing up like this and..."

Well, I have returned. Let us see what has happened.
Wait, this is wrong. A ship? You should be planetside by now! What...Galaxy Police? Those lapdogs of the powers that be, what are they doing here? Taken the body of a Seniwan?
No, everything is fine. Once again, where others would see impediment, I see opportunity. There are resources there, a ship with scanners and easy access on and off the planet, along with a cloak to avoid detection by the locals. Files on the area. Yes, this "Mihoshi Kuramistsu" is an ideal body for you to use, my beloved Torn.
Feel free to dispose of the other lapdog.

Kiyone ranted and raved for five minutes without stopping, usually not something she would do, but when it came to Mihoshi, tolerance went flying out the window. Finally, Mihoshi replied to her complaints...or roughly half of them anyway.
"Shut...up."
"What did you just say?" a confused Kiyone asked. Did her airheaded partner just tell her to...
"Shut up!"
Kiyone had no time to think because the next thing that she knew, Mihoshi's hand had firmly wrapped itself around Kiyone's neck, and somehow was lifting her into the air strangling the Galaxy Police officer. Hurriedly, Kiyone drew her pistol and fired, surprisingly eager to kill her partner.
What Kiyone had expected was for Mihoshi's head to have been vaporized. What instead happened was that Mihoshi's body seemed to shoot up more than a foot in height, her Galaxy Police uniform ripped and her grip tighter than ever. The bizzare event couldn't be processed by Kiyone's brain, as much as she tried. Something was happening, and it was making Kiyone too tired to keep her eyes open, even as it seemed Mihoshi was growing a bit more. She felt tired and very very thirsty, when her whole world went black.

She's not dead. Just as well, since it's probably better to dispose of the body outside the ship. Just get to the computer logs and I will guide you through everything. Lapdogs die all the time after all, so no one shall be the wiser...

Four hours had passed, the amount of time remaining on this ship's patrol according to the logs on board the ship. The Torn, now in a 8' body, monstrous by female humanoid standards, had spent the past four hours writing a log about how a pirate ship was using this primitive galaxy to conduct biological weapons studies. The weapon was used on the unsuspecting ship, causing a growth spurt in Mihoshi while the officer Kiyone Makibi was tragically killed in the line of duty.
On an unrelated note, a garbage capsule was sent out along with some of the unusable space debris, where it would burn up in Earth's atmosphere harmlessly.

Kiyone awoke, unsure of what had just occurred, but still feeling incredibly weak, barely able to muster the strength to open her eyelids. Her idiotic partner had suddenly went berserk and attacked her, from what she last remembered.
What she didn't remember was being surrounded by garbage. Looking around, she saw a sole window peering into space, space debris on all sides, and not a single computer or light. If she had the strength, Kiyone would have screamed.
She was in a garbage pod, a metallic object made of easily burning metal which was designed to offset air pollution from objects entering planetary atmosphere, so objects could be burned in reentry and cause no harm to the environment.
And along with this junk, she would soon be pulled into the gravity well that the Earth produced, and be burned in its atmosphere. Judging by the distance, Kiyone estimated she had eight hours to live.
Eight hours to ponder exactly how the biggest airhead she ever knew could come up with such a perfect plan to kill her and ensure the body could never be recovered.
**************************************************************************** **********************
Everything had been going as Master Primaron had intended. The Torn was now using the shuttle it had commandeered to enter the Earth's atmosphere, descending upon the location of the energy signature, a densely populated island which the logs indicated was referred to by the locals as "Japan". Deciding that the clothes of a Galaxy Police officer would do no good, it had discarded the shredded attire and was now walking around solely in lingerie, something which could always be changed later to better blend into the local society.
Then something happened. The Torn couldn't identify it, but it seemed...no...impossible. The creature's intellect was trying to take back control of its body. While the host would never know what had happened, and would not know that its body was playing host to itself, it could not allow the host to retake control. The Torn had come too far to fail its creator.
