It was a little over a hour before anyone else entered the cabin. During that time, Riza told Mii what was a homunculus was and where they came from. Riza also told a shortened version of the story of Father's origins. Riza had almost all of Father's memories but not all. Riza knew, for instance, that a slave gave his blood to make Father but she didn't knew the name of the slave. The name of the slave could've been withheld by Father but Riza couldn't have said for sure.
The storm lasted for another thirty minutes before it went away to the northwest. When the storm was over, Riza and Mii did some exploring near the cabin. They didn't find any people which was somehow disquieting. There were evidence of people but Mii and Riza didn't find any. The two came to the conclusion that they must've been in a remote area of whatever dimension they were in now. The cabin was near a hiking trail that went north to east. Riza smelled a few traces of people here and there but the scents were cold. There were animal life but not people. After searching for a good twenty or so minutes Mii and Riza returned to the cabin.
"I know of no spells that would allow us to go to another dimension" said Mii. "those kind of spells are hard to come by and I'm nowhere near strong enough to cast such a spell"
"Someone will come along eventually" said Riza.
Riza had dragged a chair out on the small porch of the cabin and sat in it. To keep herself busy, she took apart the guns she had with her and cleaned them. Meanwhile, Mii decided to take a short nap on the long couch in the living room.
Riza catched a whiff of several people approaching the cabin. She continued to clean her guns while she looked around.
Two people emerged from the surrounding forest: a blond-haired woman and a handsome young man. Both were wearing military outfits and both had boxy contraptions on each hip.
"Finally, someone came" said Mii stepping out from the cabin and yawned. It was clear that Mii had just woken from a deep sleep.
"Hello there" said the handsome man. "I'm Captain Levi and this is Annie Leonhart"
"I'm Riza" said Riza. "and this is Mii. You don't happen to be citizens of this dimension are you?"
Levi and Annie shook their heads.
"We did spot a few signs of human life" said Levi. "but we saw nobody on our way here"
"I'm guessing you two aren't from here either?" asked Annie.
Riza and Mii shook their heads.
"Do you remember what happened at the cafe?" asked Riza to the newcomers.
"Not really" said Levi.
"The last thing I remember was a red energy wall coming right at me" said Annie.
"Well, come in" said Mii. "you can rest your feet at least"
Annie and Levi each entered the cabin and surveyed it.
"Reminds me of home, almost" said Annie as she looked around.
"Awfully dusty" replied Levi wiping away dust on the floor. "it's clear nobody has been here for months"
"And this looks to be the home of a hunter" said Annie, nodding at the gigantic moose head above the fireplace. "so...where is he? From what I can tell it's either spring or summer"
Riza caught a whiff of someone else approaching the cabin. It was a familiar scent.
A few minutes later, Mt. Lady came out of the forest. She was her normal size.
"Fancy meeting you here" said Annie as Mt. Lady entered the cabin.
"Yeah" replied Mt. Lady who looked to be dead on her feet as she sat roughly in an armchair. "there's nobody else here from what I can tell"
"We figured that out already" said Levi dryly.
"And there's no food here" said Mii. "we need to catch our food"

Lust awoke in a vast well-lit chamber next to Edward. Lust groaned as she climbed to her feet and glanced around at her surroundings. The two seemed to be inside of a vast library judging from all the very talk booksleves around them. The library was lit by electric lights located on the high ceiling which was near one hundred feet tall. The walls and the booksleves were made out of grey rocks while the books looked to be ordinary books made from paper. There not sixty feet away was a grand model of a solar system with eight planets that looked to be at the exact center of the vast room.
"Uh..." groaned Edward as he climbed to his feet and leaned on Lust for support. "where are we? How did we get here and what happened to the cafe?"
"All very good questions" replied Lust.
"HELLLO!" yelled Edward. His voice echoed throughout the vast room.
"Welcome to the Grand Library of Samegarta!" replied a cheery voice which came from the far end of the room. Lust and Edward turned to see that a moving statue was coming towards them. The moving statue was that of a woman. The statue looked to be in rough shape as the statue had no face but had a mouth and ears. Moss was growing all over the statue. There were even small flowers on the shoulders of the statue.
The statue was six feet tall. The statue moved slowly towards Lust and Edward.
The statue came right to Lust and Edward and stopped.
"It has been 1,097 years since we had visitors" said the statue. "how can I help you?"
"A thousand years?!" asked Edward.
"At least I think it has been that long" said the statue. "I'm not too sure. The calendar function no longer exists"
"Uhh..." said Edward. "where exactly are we?"
"You're in the city of Samegarta and you're in the Grand Library" said the statue. "I'm the curator of this library, Garta Faddr, the great granddaughter of the beloved Emperor Dihim Faddr, ninth of that name"
"Show us the way out of here" said Lust after a short pause.
"It would be my pleasure" said the statue. The statue turned around and lumbered the way it had came. Lust and Edward followed the statue for at least a solid mile before coming to a huge lobby. There was no doors to the library, only an open orifice.
"Hope you visit the Grand Library soon" said the statue as Edward and Lust exited the library.
The two exited the library and entered a great ruined city. It was vastly overgrown by grass and trees and had animal life in it.
"Whoa" said Edward in a quiet voice. "what happened here?"
"Seems like civilization came and went" said Lust as she looked around the desolate city.
The city looked to have been highly advanced once. It had futuristic cars and other vehicles rotting away in the humid air. There was no evidence as to what happened to the city. It easily looked to have been abandoned one thousand years ago or more. The city looked to be more forest than an actual city.
Lust and Edward made their way up several city blocks until they came upon an electronic map lying on the sidewalk. The electronic map had a notice on it that said it had detected life 40 miles from the city. The electronic map was a giant tablet about 20 inches thick and about thirty inches long and 40 inches wide.
"Well, this is a good sign" said Lust picking up the tablet and dusting it off.
The life that the map was detecting was human but it could also detect animal life as well.
"Might as well go towards the human life this is detecting" said Edward. Lust nodded.
